House was very kept up and tidy, looked very nice inside. Overall was a great stay. Only downside I’d say there was, was definitely how small the street is, otherwise amazing place.

Very nice place to stay when going to Long Beach. You can quickly close to the beach as well as very close to tons of places to eat. We very much enjoyed our stay. Being objective that patio is not very romantic but is a nice patio in general.

The rental was clean and very welcoming. The lay out was nice and very accommodating. The in rental laundry was also a very nice touch! Bed was VERY comfortable. I rarely say that about rentals. Property manager was very kind and understanding. Would stay at this rental again! Thank you.

This was a beautiful property! We had a wonderful time staying here. The distance to many food places as well as beach access was reasonable and it was a cute little area! Parking wasn’t super convenient and be prepared for potential noisy neighbors but otherwise everything was great! Minor comments- The right lamp in the bedroom flashes and flickers, kinda creepy. The bedroom door doesn’t shut without locking, not a big deal. The door to the laundry room doesn’t shut (maybe it does but not easily). The bedroom also doesn’t have an overhead light so just the one working lamp. Very reasonably priced for what it is. Would definitely stay again!

Respite

I enjoyed having a quiet and restful place with plenty of room. It was fairly quiet and private. I enjoyed ok as hung the old school Mortal Combat arcade game. I’d stay again.

Nice clean place near center of Long Beach

Great comms with Gerardo. Location central between LGB airport and harbor. Nice clean place. Some wear and tear in bath with wallpaper but barely noticeable. Interior door to laundry wouldn’t close to isolate laundry/back porch from main house. Didn’t use the fire pit area but seemed like it would work fine. Wasn’t really ready for us to use with two gas bottles sitting around and not really set up with the chairs.Gaming was a blast with old school Pac-Man! Overall nice place and would stay there again.

Fantastic house

This house was just as advertised. It was a girls weekend and it was perfect. The backyard space was especially lovely on a warm and sunny day. The living room was great to relax and chat. The bed was so comfortable!! The only reason I took off one star for the neighborhood was due to street parking. But if you only have 1 car, the parking was adequate with the parking spot provided. We had two cars and had to park one a half a mile away. It was great to have the side street to park while unloading though. Overall a great stay and would choose this property again. The manager was extremely responsive to messages.

Absolutely disgusting. The photos looked great and we were excited to stay here. But the place is very grimey and run down with holes and cracks all over the walls. Some are covered with just tape. We found one jumping spider and a cricket inside. The neighbors are loud, the walls are thin, and you can hear everything. They were shouting at 4 am and we had no peace. There is an awful musty smell throughout that made me feel sick and it wasn't possible to eat there because the smell was so bad. The fridge doesn't close properly. The furniture is soiled. The neighborhood feels cramped and unsafe and we saw sketchy people around the property. We tried to get a refund and VRBO support said the owner had the option to refund us, but they chose not to. They sent a cleaner, but it didn't change how run down it is or make it feel better. We are trying to get a refund from our credit card. TLDR: don't stay here, it's extremely uncomfortable.
