Really bad breakfast. Walls/ceiling too thin, first heard the upstairs people walking around at 5:00 am, then the maids came and cleaned around 6:00 a.m. Bad night's sleep.

The hotel is clean and well maintained, also looks nice. The location is good that it is close to high way and shopping mall.

Weirdest experience of my life. I paid for the room with a credit card that I never use. I left that card at home. I get to the hotel, and they ask to see that card. I said I don't carry it with me but it doesn't matter because it's already paid for. He says I need the card to verify and they will credit the money back and charge a different card if I don't have it. I didn't have a different card with the $122.00 available on it. But I had my debit visa bank card. They said they only accept credit cards. This lady standing next to me says she has cash and that is the only way to pay. He says we don't accept cash only credit cards!! Stupidest most unfriendly policy I've ever heard of in my life. A total nightmare, 12:00 at night with a child, and no place to sleep. Gave the kid anxiety and everything. Luckily I was able to go on Expedia and get a room with another place. I say Expedia, because when I called Orbitz customer service about this experience, it was a nightmare. First she told me that my money was non refundable even though I didn't get to stay there. Then she told me that it was only a hold on the credit card and that I wasn't charged yet. Both times she was wrong. I had already paid back the credit card. I saw the charge on my statement and paid it before I even went to California. I didn't want to deal with orbitz again, so I called the hotel back this morning. He credited the money back to my card.

Good staying and will come back soon. Will enjoy everything there again.

It met our need for a place to crash after a wedding.

The hotel was in need of remodeling. The rooms were small (we had two), the fixtures needed updating (e.g., no USB ports in the lamp bases or anywhere in the room), there was a hole at the base of the wall in the bathroom, and the foot of the bed caved in slightly, when I sat on it.

Booked two rooms, at the same price. One had a fridge and microwave while the other did not. Both rooms were comfortable with basic necessities. A close uber drive to Agoura Hills for dinner drinks and a night out. Would stay here again for the price we paid.

My boyfriend and I recently stayed here while visiting California for a wedding. We got in really late, and check-in was no problem. We stayed on a first floor room by the pool, and it had a slightly funky smell to it, like humidity, but it wasn't bad enough to ask for us to change rooms. We slept comfortably at night, although it did get a little humid when we turned off the air conditioner (it was cold so we didn't want to leave it running all night!). On Saturday night, we noticed housekeeping had taken our shower curtain, which was odd, but they replaced it quickly. On Sunday morning, right before checkout, we found a tick in the bed, but we figured ticks can be anywhere. Some redeeming qualities were the comfy king size bed and the continental breakfast.

The best way I can describe this place is with what I put in the title. The area seems really nice, clean, modern. The room was anything but. It was small, the bathroom seemed dirty, it was loud all the time (you could hear people talking at acceptable volumes next door). At check in the staff was abrupt, bordering on rude, but nicer at check out. Overall I just didn't feel comfortable during my stay and couldn't wait to leave.

The hotel was conveniently located to Pepperdine University and it was easy access the freeway. The room was spacious and quiet. It was reason priced. We would definitely stay here again.

Nice hotel staff. Wanted early check in and front desk person was very accommodating. Was clean and comfortable for the price. Had a nice pool although we did not use it. Free breakfast was just OK--would have liked to have some fruit available. Parking and freeway access were very convenient.

I've stayed here a few times, it's a quiet location but close to the freeway. Rooms are always very clean and staff is friendly and helpful. The free breakfast includes waffles, eggs, and yogurt, as well as the usual bagels, toast, and fruit. The breakfast room is small, however, so sometimes you have to wait for a seat or carry it back to your room.

The staff was excellent. The breakfast was a surprise, and I saved enough money that I could pay for dinner for my crew.

Very nice place to stay and staff helpful and nice

Friendly, efficient welcoming staff, clean well maintained rooms. reasonably priced. Will stay again.

great location and worth your money

Booked two rooms, at the same price. One had a fridge and microwave while the other did not. Both rooms were comfortable with basic necessities. A close uber drive to Agoura Hills for dinner drinks and a night out. Would stay here again for the price we paid.
