Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay in the woods that overlooks the city with an amazing night view in the master bedroom. This beautiful family style home is located in the highly desirable and safe area of Monterey Park. 3-minutes away from East LA, mins away from many brunch/MICHELIN restaurants and famous Asian cuisines, supermarkets, parks, and libraries. 3 mins away from Monterey Park Golf Course, 5 mins away from AMC and the Atlantic Square. Everything is within your reach!

The space
This property is a duplex home. It is a two-story house featuring four private bedrooms and three bathrooms. The master bedroom, located upstairs, offers an amazing scenic view. The bottom floor includes three bedrooms and two bathrooms, with direct access to the backyard. The attached separate unit (ADU) does not have access to the main house and does not share any amenities with it. Please refer to the photos for parking instructions.

Our ground pool is only available during the summer season, from May to the end of October.

-Attention! There is no lifeguard on duty.
-Please refrain from consuming food or beverages inside the pool area.
-Diving is strictly prohibited in the pool.
-Children under the age of 14 must be accompanied by a parent or adult -guardian while using the pool.
-By utilizing the pool facilities, you acknowledge and accept any associated risks.

Nightmare trip

We traveled to LA to celebrate my daughter's birthday, all planned with tickets to Disney and concert tickets. Since a day before I tried to communicate with the host, but he did not answer my text messages through the application.

Check in and out were easy and smooth.House was understocked in several ways to accomodate the number of people it states it is capable. With approximately 6 forks, 5 knives, 4 spoons. 50 plates, 4 cups, 4 champagne flutes, and a few old sauce pans, the kitchen was inadequate for a weeklong stay as booked. We had to bring our own kitchen wares to keep things going smoothly - much like if we had opted to stay in a motel.Overall we enjoyed our stay and would consider staying again, but the house did not meet our expectations based on the photos and description of number of people it could accommodate. We would also suggest scaling the amount of toiler paper and paper towels based on the length of stay.

Good location

Hand towels and regular towels were provided. Had to purchase wash cloths. The main bathroom needs to be cleaned. The tub was dirty, the ceiling had dirt and hair on the ceiling, the air vent had a lot of dust. The floors in the house needed to be swept and mopped as we had on white socks, but the bottoms were black within 3 days of staying. One tv in the house and dishes and pots and pans were provided.

Would not recommend staying here

Not very clean. Cobwebs everywhere, fireplace window filthy, dirty baseboards. Upon arrival Amazon boxes had been delivered blocking entrance and never picked up entire stay. No ice maker and one ice tray. Would be nice to provide at very least coffee and filters. Candles cannot be lit without a lighter or matches. Disappointed with property for price. Would not recommend staying here.
