***We fully clean and disinfect the house between each stay.***

The LB House features a open floor plan, a chef's kitchen, and all the amenities you need. The house has new central AC and heat, stainless steel appliances, a natural gas grill, high speed internet, DISH network with all the channels including HBO & Showtime, and much more.
The large kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need including a Nespresso machine, Keurig coffee maker, spices, cooking spray/olive oil, coffee & teas, and so much more. The house has all stainless steel appliances. We provide dish wash soap, laundry detergent pods, dryer sheets.
The property has gated parking on the driveway with space for 3 cars and there is additional parking on the street.
Both mattress Nest bedding Alexander mattresses and the sofa in the living room doubles as a queen size sleeper sofa.

***The house is located on a busy street behind a business. The property manager lives on the property in a separate detached unit.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and a patio, and there's space to spread out with 2 bedrooms. Guests can expect to find free WiFi and a Smart TV with a DVD player.
