Spent a few days in LA visiting Law Schools with my son. Located in a great area. Everyone was very courteous and went above and beyond. When we arrived, we received a delicious bellini. Room was beautiful and an even nicer view of the hills. Shower was great! Gym was just ok. Some of the equipment was older and 1 f the elliptical machines had a broken pedal and was not marked. It was really too cold to swim in the pool but I did sit out and read. Beautiful area to sit and relax. Couches and all sorts of comfortable seating. The restaurant was amazing. I felt like a queen. Food was a little price, but you do receive a discount if you are a guest. Pricey but well worth it. Food was delicious.Just can't say enough about the service throughout the hotel and restaurant. I did try and make a spa appointment. I called the number and no one answered. I went down to check it out and noone was there. The door did say they were open 9-9 daily. On our last morning we wanted to go for breakfast before leaving. The restaurant closes daily 11-12. We didn't make it before then. They offer a free car service within 3 miles of hotel. They took us down the street and picked us up right when we called. The front desk recommended a few restaurants and they were great. I would definitely recommend and stay again.
Nice hotel and very good location good service clean and spacious rooms friendly staff
This is a boutique hotel. But let me tell you .. Location location location .. Amazing staff, super clean room. It's an experience everyone has to experience. Being close to everything was awesome. I went there for a business trip but I plan to go back with my wife kids for vacation soon. I strongly recommend this hotel .
The hotel staff was wonderful, the room nice and the location great for my business trip.
Very impressed with the hotel, staff, and service. Eduardo made sure we were well taken care of during our 3 night stay. Rooms were well appointed and very clean. We will definitely be returning.
excellent stay! I will come back when go to LA! The stuff is super friendly and the room is nice. The view is good and the music in room is good!
Although I really love five stars hotels, not all of them get you what you pay for them. Mr. C was an excellent option, part of The Leading Hotels of The World, and it showed since the first minute at checking in. They offered us to take a seat in the lobby and a Bellini (Cipriani invented it long time ago, and this Hotel was built and owned by that family). Everything was so easy... Then the rooms have that amazing Italian charme, that makes everything neat and simple, look majestic. I already have gone before to the restaurant and I really loved it; so, this time, staying already in the hotel, was a must to have breakfast in there. Lunch are dinner are better than the breakfast. I would definitely come back! All the staff is ultra kind and the building by itself, has a lot of interesting details. You might even feel yourself in a Riva yacht!
Relaxing and glamorous, this hotel is an oasis in the heart of Los Angeles.
Stayed one night. A bit expensive but had few options. Plus for free Internet. Valet parking. They did not inform of a parking charge so a minus for that. Polite staff. Nice hotel.
Well done, excellent food, excellent property and an excellent staff
The staff could not have been better. The restaurant was delicious. I would have liked better storage space...closet and drawers. It was a wonderful stay.
I was looking for a quick romantic trip to LA to propose to my beloved. This hotel was located near many kosher restaurants and has luxurious accommodations. The staff was friendly, polite and available. Only downside was we had a room overlooking Pico Blvd, and it's a noisy street.
The hotel is wonderful. The amenities, service, cleanliness were as good as it gets. The staff was outstanding; everyone was accomodating, courteous and helpful. Anything we requested was taken care of, and there was never a feeling that the staff was other than anxious to help. We had dinner at the restaurant, and it was good, but not outstanding. I had chicken "pizzeola" and it was ok, but a bit bland. the sea base was outstanding. I would hightly recommend this hotel and would certainly go there again.
overall it was a great place, however the location is a bit offbeat but otherwise a very nice hotel, a bit pricey but nice!
It has everything I need when in LA from a perfect location making "easy" (it's still LA) to being a great place for people to come meet me. Extremely comfortable and a very cool vibe.
As a Four Seasons loyalist my standards border on perfectionism. The truth is this hotel was very nice but no Four Seasons. The rooms were nicely decorated and the bathrooms were updated but very small. This hotel was originally an older hotel and the halls were unimpressive. The noise level, interior and exterior. was a bit of a problem even with a Beverly Hills premium category. The location was very convenient but technically it was not in Beverly Hills. The staff could have been more cordial.
hotel indicated that it had a courtesy call available for short trips to Beverly Hills but in fact that's not the case.
A very chic and trendy hotel with a nice staff, very helpful all of them especially their Concierge is top notch. Some hic ups here and there but all normal from a hotel with so many demanding guests
Very old school Italian motif based on the Cipriani mindset from Venice. Clean and nice hotel. Restaurant was subpar, not sure if the ones in NYC were greater or worse but not really my definition of great italian fare. Not that Harry's bar in Venice was that spectacular either. So neither here nor there. Worth a visit though, the hotel not the restaurant.
