Got to the hotel early, payed early check in, drove all night needed to sleep. Got up in late afternoon the same day and realized that there is no refrigerator or microwave. I go to the office and talk to the manager, her name is Carolynn, she said that it was too late and we will do the exchange of rooms tomorrow. The following day I had two Dr’s appointments and got back to the hotel at noon, asked the manager for another room. She looked at me, mad, said, I told you to come in the morning, she never said that, I said I am here. She then told me, “I give you 10 minutes to get your stuff together before,. Don’t like to be treated like this, and almost 67 y/o, I can’t argue, just walked away. I was going to leave but had the reservation for 7 nights and it wasn’t worth it, my health is more important, so l decided to stay, I am on the second floor and didn’t want to carry my stuff again, The very next day, my sink light went off. Go to the front office and let them know, said it will be fixed asap. Nobody showed up to fix it, till the 6 night, a person walked into my room, didn’t knock, just walked in, l was a sleep. Told him to fix it, he was already there. The person was there for 20 minutes and didn’t fix anything and left. When I got up, talked to manager Carolyn and told her that I didn’t want anybody else in my room. Management have no concept of costumer service. I just didn’t want to argue, Expedia what will you do???

While I was easily able to change my reservation upon arrival to a ground floor room, and the clerk was pleasant, the room itself was mediocre at best. Although it was supposed to a non-smoking room, it had a faint odor of cigarettes. Also, housekeeping did not come by to make the bed and provide fresh towels.

this place started off bad. The floors were dirty. The AC filters were dirty no amenities no shampoo conditioner no ironing board noisy a dog bark the whole time I was there next-door smelled marijuana. The manager caroline did not help me one bit if any just a tiny bit, but she put me on hold for 15 minutes after I call back after I left and up having to call Expedia to tell them about my experience with her and the facility. Absolutely the worst place I've ever stayed. It was a nice location close to where I want to be, but it was just not run well dirty smelly.
