Great location, great rooms, great staff. Next time I'm in LA, my number 1 choice to stay.

This hotel is worth every penny. It makes the LA experience. Thevrooms and bathrooms are big. The heated rooftop pool is perfect.

sometimes the service can be slow at breakfast - has that Hollywood atmosphere and attitude!

It really irks me when you have to "call" for ice. When you want ice, you want it now! We stayed for 4 nights....pricy but nice. We had a 2nd floor suite with an ENORMOUS terrace which was fabulous EXCEPT for the occasional cigarette butt or unknown liquid that were thrown from rooms above us. Housekeeping was so so....they took a hotel robe and didn't replace it....meaning I would have been charged $200.00 had I not noticed. Front desk was great, outside valets were great, room service food was OKAY....not anything special and a very limited menu. Pool on roof was crowded, but nice. Location is just OKAY....not a really walkable part of Sunset Strip which is 1./2 block up. All in all....lovely hotel, rooms need a bit of updating but still nice. Overpriced IMO, but may stay there again if a good deal came my way. Oh...the complimentary continental breakfast was really nice as was the comp coffee machine in the suite.

The rooms were spacious. The staff was polite. The hotel was very centrally located in west hollywood. overall a very enjoyable stay.

The rooftop restaurant is pricey, but nice presentation & good food.

Perfect in every way - wouldn't stay anywhere else!

Very nice hotel. Rooms were huge and had everything I wanted. Generally the hotel didn't seem brand new but was well maintained. Best of all the staff was very friendly and helpful.

We stayed at the London for 5 days because I like the expanse of a suite. It was well furnished, modern and spacious. The included breakfast and internet were an amenity that many high end hotels fail to extend, but the London did a great job with these inclusions.

Great hotel, great free breakfast. The best location. Helpful staff.

We stay in one of the large suites. It was very nice and had everything we needed...A seating area, deck, wet bar...stocked to the gills, large soaking tub, large two head shower...fit two very comfortable and all the other great basic amenities!...we were happy with our accomidations. The London also had really good food...pricey a small burger is 21 dolllars and a glass of ok champs is 17 that was on the low side compared to the other champs. On to the negative! We thought the pool area was dirty and gross...it had out door grass carpet that was moldy and smelled. They had these large palm trees that blocked the sun and the chairs needed to be replaced ASAP! The actual pool was nice.London has a very nice hotel great service but the pool didn't match up at all.

First class all the way! Superior service! Fabulous rooftop !

best lux hotel that I have stayed in for a while. Best of the la boutiques

I was visiting family who live nearby so location was perfect. It was nice to have coffee shops, boutiques and restaurants so close. I thought the inclusion of the breakfast bar was a very nice plus but when I asked about it at checkin there was no explanation. What is included is just the breakfast bar. All expresso drinks, egg dishes etc are all extra. I would have liked this clarified on my reservation or check in. The room was well appointed, the bath was spectacular and the bed was comfortable. The gym and pool area on the rooftop are very nice. Last time I visited family I stayed at the Mondrian. It had in my opinion a more beautiful breakfast area near the gorgeous pool area. However, the exercise room was just a room outfitted with equipment and the general feel of the hotel was more hip and noisy at night.

I felt like I was in another country. Once I entered the doors of The London, I forgot I was in LA. The bathroom is HUGE! A large tub and a two person shower. I loved it!

The Hotel is just round the corner of Sunset Trip, the best section of the the Sunset Blvd. Perfect location minutes away from elegant restautantes and bistrò. Upscale room with design furniture and stunning bathroom. Very glamour, many parties on the rooftop. As my girlfriend said: posh!

We went to Los Angeles to visit friends for Memorial Day weekend. The hotel was in a perfect location to amazing shopping and dining. The staff was wonderful and very accommodating. The rooms were very spacious and the bathrooms were beautiful! I highly recommend this hotel!

Very new, very posh, very fun. Love the roof top pool. Would stay there again in minute. Great location. Friendly staff. Beautiful decor.

Very nice rooms , great views. Location is practically right on a great part of sunset strip. Food was amazing. Rooftop pool with awesome views. Will stay here every time!

The hotel was really nice. The rooms was huge and the breakfast was great. Kind of expensive but you should expect that with this type of hotel. The only thing I didn't like was the 35 dollar valet fee. Why should you pay to park your car if you are staying in the hotel. Other than that its a great hotel.
