Excellent hotel, friendly staff and great location

Continental breakfast was great. So was our rooms bathroom. The rest of the room was just all right. I think it could use an update. The concierges weren’t that helpful.

Great location, Beautiful room and service from staff was excellent

Spacious rooms with balcony and the staff just amazing, very attentive and willing to make your stay awesome!

Hotel is starting to look dated. We we told we were eligible for an upgrade but none we available. We made our reservation 4 months in advance. Our room stared directly into a WALL!

This hotel is always a must whenever I visit LA! The service quality is impeccable, rooms very clean and spacious, beautiful bathroom and balcony just off of the suite! The breakfast is awesome! Everyone is nice and it’s easy for this hotel to become your home away from home! Be sure to pick up your favorite bubble bath because the tub is sooooo relaxing. I don’t have a single complaint.

My wife and I recently enjoyed a two night stay at the London West Hollywood over Oscar weekend. From arrival to departure they treated us like family... We arrived at the hotel a little before 10am after a long morning flight into LAX. We asked if a room was ready, even though our scheduled check-in wasn't until many hours later. They found us a room on the top floor that would be ready in less than 30 minutes. Instead of asking us to wait in the lobby (which is very nice), they invited us to sit down for their complimentary breakfast while we waited. Although it was to be our 3rd breakfast of the day (in the Atlanta airport before our departure and again on the plane) we acquiesced. Fantastic continental breakfast (yogurt parfaits and mini french pastries were the best). As soon as we finished, they told us our room was ready. Fantastic!!! The room was very clean, quite large, and well appointed. But the bathroom was spectacular!!! mosaic tile flooring, huge soaking tub (will fit two adults), two-person walk-in shower with three shower heads and a nice large sink/vanity area. The bathroom was lightly heated even though the living/bed area was cooled. This was a very nice touch, as going from warm carpet to cold tile is never fun. The warm bathroom also dried our towels and swim suits quickly, a nice little bonus. The balcony was a nice size and the view of the west hollywood hills and sunset blvd was lovely. Thanks to the staff of the London!!!

very good, enjoyed staying in this well located hotel.

Nice area close to shops and restaurants. Rooms are huge and modern. Rooftop pool with great views. Wonderful and friendly staff

We recently stayed here at the recommendation of a local friend. It's located just off the Sunset strip close to iconic landmarks. It was quite pricey, but you're paying for location and reputation. I was a bit underwhelmed with the lobby, but a friendly staff helped brighten it up. However, we weren't asked about a floor or room location preference and were placed on the 3rd floor with a view of a roof directly below us. Disappointing and I couldn't help wondering if it was because we'd booked through an outside source? The room was spacious with many amenities, but they clogged up the mini fridge with all of their own items for sale! The biggest disappointment was the pool area. It was later in the day, but still crowded and a mess! Dirty towels, dishes, and glasses strewn everywhere. No one stopped to ask if we'd like drink or food service, so I had to track someone down. Mind you, this was around 4:30 pm and the pool was open until midnight! A bright spot was the complimentary breakfast buffet in a nicely appointment real restaurant. Our server, Wayne, was beyond helpful and most gracious! Overall it was a nice experience, but for a price tag of $500 a night, there were def some areas that could use some extra care & attention to detail!

Great location, great rooms, great staff. Next time I'm in LA, my number 1 choice to stay.

This hotel is worth every penny. It makes the LA experience. Thevrooms and bathrooms are big. The heated rooftop pool is perfect.

sometimes the service can be slow at breakfast - has that Hollywood atmosphere and attitude!

It really irks me when you have to "call" for ice. When you want ice, you want it now! We stayed for 4 nights....pricy but nice. We had a 2nd floor suite with an ENORMOUS terrace which was fabulous EXCEPT for the occasional cigarette butt or unknown liquid that were thrown from rooms above us. Housekeeping was so so....they took a hotel robe and didn't replace it....meaning I would have been charged $200.00 had I not noticed. Front desk was great, outside valets were great, room service food was OKAY....not anything special and a very limited menu. Pool on roof was crowded, but nice. Location is just OKAY....not a really walkable part of Sunset Strip which is 1./2 block up. All in all....lovely hotel, rooms need a bit of updating but still nice. Overpriced IMO, but may stay there again if a good deal came my way. Oh...the complimentary continental breakfast was really nice as was the comp coffee machine in the suite.

The rooms were spacious. The staff was polite. The hotel was very centrally located in west hollywood. overall a very enjoyable stay.

The rooftop restaurant is pricey, but nice presentation & good food.

Perfect in every way - wouldn't stay anywhere else!

Very nice hotel. Rooms were huge and had everything I wanted. Generally the hotel didn't seem brand new but was well maintained. Best of all the staff was very friendly and helpful.

We stayed at the London for 5 days because I like the expanse of a suite. It was well furnished, modern and spacious. The included breakfast and internet were an amenity that many high end hotels fail to extend, but the London did a great job with these inclusions.
