It’s location is great and close to the freeway. The property looks good too.

Horrible experience very disappointed I never met people as rude as the ones at this place

Great front desk help. Second visit to the area and our second stay at this property. The only thing that was different is that you must enter through the front door now as the other entrances don't accept key cards for entry. It made it difficult when carrying groceries etc.

Location is great. There was no breakfast items out, no coffee, no food. Even if there were items for consumption available there isn’t any place to sit. The empty coffee machine is on a credenza right by the main door at the hotel entrance. Desk clerk said he was about to make coffee. Room smelled too strong of deodorant. Definitely covering something past customers have complained about. So strong you can practically taste it. Bathtub faucet leaks real bad. You can hear the steady dripping all night. Room has kitchenette but does not have any kitchen utensils or place settings. No ice machine on campus. Has a couple ice trays in the freezer for you to make ice. Inconvenient when you check in late and don’t have a few hours to wait on ice. Drawer in dresser slides out on its own every time you close it. Woke up in the morning nearly walked into drawer. One small, slow elevator for all rooms on 2nd and 3rd floor to share. No stair access from outside to upper floors. I’m left with the impression that the owners don’t know what hospitality means. Inexpensive place to stay but not worth the cheaper price.

The front door had to opened by the staff. The front desk person seemed uncomfortable and was not pleasant.

The room smelled like vomit and it was very uncomfortable. I didn’t want to complain and do the whole room change and process.

Horrible staff completely rude, did not know goid customer service

I worked late until 2am and let the property know early in the day I would be checking in late. I asked them for the quietest room they had because I’d be checking in late and needed a good nights sleep. After getting to my room at 2am I was awoken by traffic and car noise so loud I couldn’t even cover it up with the tv or AC on. Looking out BOTH windows there is a freeway running right along my room! Instead of a back parking lot, or front side street facing room, the “quietest room” I called and requested earlier in the day was the worst. The $126 I spent to save a 1.5 hour drive home at 2am was a complete waste of money and I want a refund.

The hotel appears to house some long-term tenants and the facility only has one elevator with very long aisles to some of the rooms. We stayed on 3rd floor at end of long hall. Could smell smoke in non-smoking areas and room service (cleaning and changing towels) could have been better.

Check in/out was quick and easy. The staff was friendly and courteous.

Try to pay cash at hotel as I may reservation to pay at check in and receptionist said no he doesn’t take cash,, will never stay here again

This would be the third time my husband and I have stayed here it’s great in regards to location however the the customer service is not the most friendly. There seems to always be problems such as elevator not working or being sent to a room that is dirty and the hallways have a foul smell. One time while my husband and I were checking in there was no at the front desk and then when we saw someone behind the counter the employee told us one mins with not the most friendly face or attitude... I myself have worked at holdiay in express and Hilton hotel customer service is key and I feel this hotel staff needs work .... the staff look like they are not happy to be at work and present the information in a robotic manner.... I am only providing such feed back because I feel it is important for any business to realize that customer service is key.... and this hotel has offered poor service all 3 tomes I have checked in

The Assistant manager lady was so nice and helpful, I will definitely be back to this hotel
