Rooms smelled a lot. Power was off, but no emergency light on hallways.

Street noise that comes right through the double-window panes, overworked staff asked to do too much, dirty carpet and rooms...

A few things stand out: this was unlike any other recent hotel experience I have had. 1) No sleep: even with ear plugs, I could not stay asleep due to the car noise on Ventura Blvd. outside my window. In addition, the old refrigerators they have in the rooms (I tried two of them) make so much noise. 2) Room: carpet and chairs were truly filthy. In the 2nd room they moved me to for quiet (near the front desk - and compared to the other it actually was more quiet even though I could hear the conversations of each guest to arrive and depart). Staff: poor guys - left all alone at the front desk, I and others waited in line to get their help multiple times as they tried their best to do a 2-3 person job.

The stuff very rude not answering questions a soon as I check in is went to my room is find out the toilet it's clog and I can't use it in call to front desk she told me I have to wait for tomorrow morning I ask her for deferential room she told me this is the last room in the next morning I ask to get a call from the Manger and I still Wite for him I came back in the 2nt night I find out my room was entirely cleaned and no one fix the the toilet I ask for the Manger to call me again and no answer bed bed bed service

Bad smell in the room. Not properly cleaned. Bathroom smelled horrible. Could have been put some air freshners

A rat hole, with NO costumer service at all, I thought I was staying at rehub house in the ghetto, this is the most disgusting place I have ever stayed in. on top is not even cheap, its practically $150 + per night and its a total rat hole, I will post my pictures later as well Im also contacting the corporate office with a formal complaint.

not the best but cant beat location, there is dennys close by super market which is great with the kithen if your staying a while. quiet for the most part

I had a horrible experience with the extended stay Woodland hiils. When i reached there , one of our rooms was not available and we were forced in to single bedroom smoking room. Even though we booked 2 bedrooms. After the trip i made a complaint on facebook and they did say that they will provide the refund. Im waiting for that.

Where to begin? 1. The bed and pillows appeared cleaned but just smelled really funky. 2. The wash cloth (singular since only one was provided) looked liked it had been cut from a towel. Seriously with ragged edges etc. It should have been put out of commission years ago. 3. The kitchen stuff needs to be requested. No problem, but didn't think I needed to specifically request forks since knives and spoons were included. If you're going to do something just do it right.

Besides the no air in a hot Los Angeles day and no washcloths room was ok.

If you just need a place to sleep, literally, then this might be the place for you, but pack everything you might need....cups, plates, coffee maker, towels, trash bags, soap etc. This place provides nothing but a bed. There is no maid service and if you need anything you have to go to the front desk and hope they have it. For the cost, you can probably find a better hotel somewhere else that provides at least these basics.

Booked this hotel room for two of my crew to stay in for three nights. When they got there the room the received was a room with a king size bed Even though the booking slip said two double beds. When my employee went back down to address the mat he was told that they would have to stay in the room together. After some conversations, Asking if they at least had a hideaway bed and being told no, they said they would give them a second room for the night and then change them over the next night to a double. The next night they left them in the two rooms because they didn't have a double for them. On the third night when my crew got back to the hotel they where locked out of the second room and told they would have to stay in the room with the king bed. It amazes me that they would do this to anyone but a construction crew working in the area. We'll be there for three more weeks staying somewhere else. I have stayed in this chain all over the state I don't think they will be getting any more of my money from this point forward. I have to be able to trust that when I send a crew somewhere they will be take care of.

It was a one night trip for me, I was sick and due to holidays I had family over at my house. I needed an escape. The room was clean, the place was comfortable, the staff on the hand well understaffed. They tried to be as helpful as possible but one small request (like getting a TV control delivered to my room since it was missing) was never fulfilled and I had to go to lobby myself and waited 15 minutes to be helped. This had nothing to do with the worker himself, except it appeared he was the only person working at that time. Aside from that, I would stay here again.

The hotel was okay. It was comfortable and I was only here on business. Good rate for the area. overall i would recommend this hotel.

It was good and nice to stay here with my wife and my son.

Nice motel. Responsive, nice staff infractions. Only issue was items left in room by repair technician.

Great for what I needed.long day driving. Clean room close to fwy on ramp and stores.

Rooms are decent, though I find Extended Stay often does not provide the rooms we request, paid for two rooms with queens and got one with double beds and nothing available to change that. No towels in one room, and you have to ask for them to bring, or go get any kitchen supplies. But comfortable and pretty clean, wouldn't stay on a vacation but for work purposes it's fine.

I stayed for three nights just to shower and sleep. The bedding and towels were paper thin. The shower dripped all night/day. The air conditioner was either too cold or not cold enough. The price and free parking were the only good things.

The poor girl was never at front desk. She was also the maid and she was running around all the time. Every time I went to front desk there was no one to help me. The fridge did not work, it was lukewarm at best. The freezer was frozen over with ice on motor. The outlets did not work no matter how many times I reset them. For being an extended stay , there were no glasses in room, no coffee pot, no silverware, no dishes. The room reeked of some kind of smoking. The hallways are dark and dingy. The bathtub needed a good scrubbing.
