Room very dated and smelly. Shower has slate flooring and very slippery. heater was not working, couldn't get the room to warm up. Couldn't get anyone in housekeeping to answer the phone for bath towels. One elevator was down, Hotel full of young, rude teen agers. Won't be back.

The staff was courteous and helpful, but the Jacuzzi was broken, which was unfortunate since I had been looking forward to it. The stained sofas made me hesitant to sit on them, so I restricted myself to the bed. The bathroom switches were also unreliable, sometimes working and sometimes not. switches

The heater wasn’t working, so they brought a portable heater to us. There was a terrible smell coming from the plumbing. The maintenance guy came to check it out, and he was so apologetic for the issues. He said there was definitely an issue with the plumbing underneath. Embassy said they would give me $18 back for parking for the night, but that’s not okay with me. The room smelled horrible in the middle of the night. I have always booked with Embassy, but this has put a terrible taste in my mouth.
This is the tv when I turned it on.
This is the heater they brought to us last night.
The maintenance guy mentioned the sealing of the toilet, so he assumed that may not be the issue.
