The room wasn’t ready for our party. We were a group of 6 and there was only 1 towel in there and no shower curtain. It took over an hour, and asking at the front desk 3 times before we were able to get the curtain and towels. Normally that would be “whatever”, but it was 10:00 at night, we had kids, and needed to get to bed. Everything else about the stay was good, but that part was frustrating.

Great location. Close to everything from shopping to eating. The daytime staff was truly helpful and the breakfast was pretty good. Being winter time, the room thermostat was not operational for heat or ac. Spoke to the young lady at the desk during the nighttime and she didn’t really seem to care but, overall the stay was satisfactory.

Why are there lights on in the bedroom of a suite that can't be turned off? Terrible idea to take that choice away from a guest! I slept very poorly because of the brightness in the room, idiotic idea. Elevators are fairly terrifying, one sounds on the verge of collapse, the other wobbles - felt like a Final Destination movie. Those two issues aside, fantastic service from excellent staff, and the hotel is beautiful. (Sadly, I did not get to try breakfast)
