during our arrival the staff member responsible for checking us in displayed extremely poor customer service noticeably unfriendly throughout the process, his attitude was unwelcoming. we encountered 2 different guest with pit bulls one inside the elevator and another by the entrance in both situations I felt uncomfortable and unsafe I strongly believe that allowing large or potentially aggressive breeds in shared spaces without proper control measures poses a safety risk to other guests. I strongly advise inform guest prior to booking about the 18 USD daily parking fee. They let me know through an email a day before my arrival. Transparency about additional charges is important for guest satisfaction and trust and the other hand the room was clean
