Enjoy a spacious bedroom with an office desk and a large bathroom. Fully remodeled in 2022 with new floors, kitchen, and bath, it's perfect for both short and long stays. Experience privacy and style on a peaceful corner lot.
Enter this cozy place through the white door on Broadway Ave. Right when you walk in, you'll find a small kitchen that has everything you need for a long stay: a stove with an oven, a washer and dryer, and a sink. Next to the kitchen is the living room with a table by the window and a small fridge. The walls are brightened by a colorful mural painted by a local artist. There's also a big bedroom with a desk for working and a large bathroom attached to it.
This home is located close to a shopping plaza with a supermarket (Ralph's) and plenty of places to eat. Across the street, there is another shopping plaza with a State Bros Market, and plenty of restaurants including In N Out, Raising Cane, Chipotle, California Fish Grill, and more.
