Cozy front house of a duplex in a quiet neighborhood. Perfect for 2 housemates to share, a small family, or 2 travel nurses working at Torrance Memorial (only 1.5 miles away!)
Guest have full access to front house, as well as the shared patio and laundry room.
Please note, there is a separate rental unit located at the back of the property. Each unit has its own private entrance and there are no shared indoor spaces.
