Very few homes can accommodate fifteen guests across eight bedrooms while still offering such generous space for everyone.



The Old Vicarage is a grand, detached Victorian-style house that maintains many original features, complemented by up-to-date appliances. As an eco-conscious property, it offers a private natural water supply, smart technology, and locally sourced products.

Upon entry, the vestibule showcases a traditional Victorian tiled floor that leads into a spacious hallway. The former vicar's study still holds his original desk and religious artifacts, now repurposed into a functional study area. The living room features a stripped wooden floor, an open fireplace, and inviting leather sofas, along with scenic views of the garden through large bay windows. There is a pool table for guests to use during their stay.



The generous kitchen and dining room are perfect for hosting, with a stripped wooden floor and French doors opening to the garden. The designer kitchen includes a SMEG double oven range with six burners and a griddle hot plate, a wine cooler, and two dishwashers—making meal preparation a pleasure. A central island with a wooden countertop and double farmhouse sink completes this impressive space, ideal for family gatherings or special celebrations.



Outside, a bocce court overlooks the Old Vicarage Vineyard, with ample seating and a sandbox for younger guests. The property boasts a large lawned garden with a relaxed sitting-out area, complete with garden furniture, a pizza oven, and a barbecue—ideal for outdoor dining and entertaining—along with private parking for up to eight cars.
