Fantástico apartamento espacioso con impresionantes vistas ininterrumpidas

Ubicada en West Looe, Trade Winds es la planta baja de una casa reformada que data de finales de 1890. Las vistas ininterrumpidas del puerto, East Looe, la playa y el mar se pueden ver desde las grandes ventanas / puertas de la bahía en el salón y el dormitorio principal.

Apartado de la carretera principal, la propiedad tiene su propia entrada en la parte delantera a la que se accede a través del camino desde la carretera.

Looe está construido alrededor de un estuario que conduce al mar y la mayoría de las propiedades en West Looe están construidas en la ladera. El acceso a Trade Winds es a través de una pendiente en zig-zag desde la carretera. También hay pasos hasta Hannafore Lane, que corre a lo largo de la parte trasera de la casa.

Desafortunadamente no tenemos estacionamiento en la propiedad, pero hay estacionamiento gratuito en la calle disponible en Hannafore Point (5-10 minutos a pie) o aparcamientos de pago y exhibición en West Looe Quay (2 minutos a pie) o el estacionamiento Mill Pool. (5 minutos a pie por el puerto). Puede detenerse cerca de la propiedad para descargar / cargar.

La propiedad ha sido completamente renovada (abril de 2017) con nuevos muebles en todo, pero mezclado con algunas características originales para mantener el carácter de las propiedades.

Lovely views and spacious apartment

We had a lovely stay and thoroughly enjoyed the views and proximity to the town and beaches. We had some excellent food in Looe and were lucky with the weather. The apartment was clean and comfortable and the hosts were helpful and quick to respond. Overall, an excellent stay.

Beautiful Apartment in looe

This apartment has stunning views over the harbour and sea . The apartment is cosy and comfortable and we loved sitting in the bay window looking at the view . It’s a short walk to East Looe which its vibrant little streets and pubs and restaurants and lovely sandy beach .

Fabulous long weekend break

Having stayed in and around Looe many times over the years, this is without doubt our favourite place to stay so far. Great location, amazing views, and clean, spacious and homely accommodation. Will definitely look to stay here again in the future.

Brilliant location

Lovely , clean apartment in a Victorian house overlooking Looe harbour . Attention to detail , we stayed over Christmas, and there was a decorated Christmas tree and fairy lights outside on the balcony . Nice touch ! Only one criticism, the duvets were not thick enough for the winter ! ! Overall we loved our stay .

New Year stay

A lovely apartment in a great position in Looe close to good walks the town close by and plenty of independent shops/restaurants/coffee shops within a 10 min walk. The accommodation is warm and welcoming and really spacious for 4 people the view from the lounge was amazing! We will love to return 😊

Super Lage, toller Ausblick, gute Ausstattung. Es hat an nichts gefehlt und wir haben vor allem die Terrasse mit dem fantastischen Ausblick sehr genossen. Looe ist ein schöner, kleiner Ort, allerdings im August sehr belebt. Das Appartement liegt aber sehr ruhig.

This lovely apartment is located in a picturesque area atop a high hill, with beautiful views of the ocean, the harbor, and the quaint town of Looe. The apartment is large and comfortable. Note that this is a self-serve property which requires you to bring some supplies---you should check what you need to bring beforehand. Apartment is accessed by steep sidewalks which may present a challenge for those with limited mobility. It was not a problem for us, however. We loved it and would return again.

Ausblick durch Mövenkot getrübt

Die Wohnung liegt an guter Lage etwas oberhalb und bietet einen schönen Blick auf Looe. Sie wurde kurz vor unserer Ankunft frisch gestrichen. Die Reinigung war nicht ganz optimal, wir fanden Essensreste der Vormieter auf Tisch und Sofa. Der Tisch auf der Terrasse war leider durch Möwenkot verunreinigt und die Fensterscheiben waren schon lange nicht mehr gereinigt worden, was den eigentlich tollen Ausblick getrübt hat. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und entsprach den Angaben im Inserat.
