Recently updated with midcentury modern charm, this thoughtfully designed space offers a cozy yet modern retreat. The neighborhood is very walkable with restaurants & shops within less than a five minute walk.
Located in the perfect spot... 20 minutes to Boulder, 45 minutes to Estes Park & the Rocky Mountains, and 40 minutes to the airport.
This carriage house has all the amenities, including a Moccamaster coffee machine, AC, washer/dryer and a fully equipped kitchen. The queen-size bedroom has a full closet; the living room couch also has a full-size bed to accommodate additional guests. After a day exploring the mountains, or shopping on Pearl Street, unwind on your private balcony.
