Longeville-sur-Mer, Les Conches. House in a gated community with private parking and bicycle storage. The ground floor comprises a fully equipped kitchen: refrigerator-freezer, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, television, vacuum cleaner, sink, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, and Wi-Fi. The living room opens onto a private terrace. There is a bedroom with a double bed (140cm) and a wardrobe, a shower room with a sink, shower, and separate toilet. Upstairs, there is an open mezzanine bedroom with a wardrobe and a sofa bed, and a second enclosed bedroom with a bunk bed (2 x 0.80m) and a wardrobe. Outside, there is a pleasant small garden with garden furniture. The house is approximately 700m from the beach and 4km from Longeville-sur-Mer. End-of-stay cleaning is the responsibility of the tenant.

Pets are not allowed. Cleaning service is available for an additional €60 upon reservation. Please provide proof of liability insurance with holiday coverage. Holiday vouchers accepted. Electricity consumption is extra outside of peak season.

La Tranche sur Mer has had the "European Blue Flag" label since 2002, so you can discover 13km of fine sandy beaches there. For you to move more easily, free shuttles (July and August) are at your disposal and criss-cross the entire resort of La Grière to La Terrière via the town centre. Departing from La Tranche sur Mer, you can enjoy cruises to Ile de Ré, Ile d'Aix or Fort Boyard. Cinema with 2 rooms and the latest films showing. The swimming pool with leisure pool of 370m2 and 4 lanes of 25m and a fitness area with a sauna, hammam and spa.

Très bon séjour aux Patios

Nous avons apprécié la proximité de la location par rapport à la plage des Conches (2 min en voiture, 10 min à pieds), le local pour ranger les vélos/la planche de surf/celles de Bodyboard, le petit jardin... La maison est bien équipée mais il n'y a pas de Wifi. Bonne communication avec l'agence. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour aux Patios de la mer.
