Very good location, ground level walks out to lawn and then beach. Friendly staff. There is no hot tub as was claimed on vrbo listng. Clean room. If you want to watch TV bring your own firestick.

Perfect Location!

The property was very well maintained and very close to the beach. The only surprising thing was that the bedrooms did not have dressers. We had nightstands but basically, we lived out of the suitcases. Small price to pay for such a wonderful property. Would rebook this place in a heartbeat!

This was our favorite unit so far, updated with wood floors throughout. The stove and oven could definitely be upgraded, but otherwise we were extremely happy! The sunsets are truly amazing.

The beach was right out the door for long walks/ running, bocce and enjoying! And who doesn't love the gulf of Mexico views and sunsets?For our personal needs, the MB closet was small, so since we didn't need the other bedroom, we used that one.We also missed having gas grills, they were all charcoal grills. So we enjoyed the local restaurants and cooked in the well stocked kitchen! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Our family comes down as much as possible. It is very family friendly, has a great beach and pool. We’ve stayed in many units and they have always been clean and well equipped. Unit 103 is updated, very comfortable, offers an extra den/sleeping space and has panoramic views of the Gulf of Mexico. We loved our stay and will be renting this unit in the Fall of this year! Thank you to the office personnel for helping make our stay an amazing one; especially Sarah!

The location of the unit is great. Just steps away from the beach, pool and barbecue grill.

The unit is well stocked with amenities. As stated in a previous review it could use some updates by the owner. No storage space for dry groceries and area rugs could be replaced. Out door mats would help with the sand. I would however return for another stay. The resort needs to keep a better eye on the pool conditions

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our our second stay at Sand Cay resort. Wonderful amenities. The pool is great and we loved our unit. Great to have a washer and dryer and the steps from the beach. Only issue is there’s no place to put the food so we had to place things on the counter. No real complaints and would go back again in a heartbeat.
