Welcome to our exciting two-bedroom flat located a minute away from Dalston Kingsland Overground station. The guests will have access to all parts of the property. No room is shared. You will have access to the communal roof terrace with your fob. I am available 24/7 for any questions or requests you may have. Early Check-In & Late Check-Out: Please note that early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request for an additional fee, subject to availability. To arrange early check-in or late check-out, please contact us at least a day or two before your arrival so we can confirm if it's possible for your stay ☺️ Late Check-Out Without Notice Policy: In the case of an unarranged late checkout without the host's approval, an extra fee of £50/hour will be applied. Lost Key Policy: In the unfortunate event of lost keys, a penalty of £150 will be charged to cover the lock replacement and key-cutting costs. Serenity and Quietness To ensure a peaceful environment for all guests, please maintain quietness and calmness during your stay. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. No partying or disruptive activities are allowed, and any disturbances will be reported to the authorities. Excessive Garbage and Messiness Penalty An extra cleaning fee of £50 will be charged for excessive garbage or messiness in the flat.

The apartment features a kitchen and space to spread out with 2 bedrooms and a dining area. Other standard amenities include a washing machine and an ironing board.
