In first room the toilet would not flush. The entire bathroom floor flooded after taking a shower as there is no shower curtain or partition or curb to block the water from going into the tiny bathroom. We were able to change rooms the following day. Both rooms were tiny and not meant for 2 people, especially for a week long stay. On a good note the shower was excellent in the second room.

Unfortunately the room was tiny, more like a train cabin than a room. This is not unexpected for London, however this really was exceptionally small. The room was extremely noisy you could hear everything in accompanying rooms, outdoors and the hallways. The shower head was broken - only a hose was left to shower with. There was no hot water the night before, however it was hot in the morning. The window latch was also broken. The entire place could do with an update and a lot of repairs are needed. On a good note, the bed linen was clean and the bed was comfortable. The location was excellent.

The rooms don’t reflect the photos. Poor customer services, nobody was answering phones when the water was leaking to the carpet from shower. Have travel all the world, z hotel was worst stay experience ever!

I’m used to budget hotels and I knew these rooms were small so I knew what to expect, but I had booked a room with a window as I get quite claustrophobic and the window in my room was tiny. I had actually booked this hotel because it was August, I was only staying one night and the rooms there have aircon so I wanted to be comfortable but during my stay the aircon wasn’t working, they did supply a fan but it was just blowing warm air around the room and I couldn’t open my tiny window as it opened onto the smoking area. The staff at the hotel were really friendly, the location was great and if you’re after a budget hotel in the centre of everything and know what to expect then you’ll be fine but I wouldn’t stay here again.

Awful. The room was dirty and had an unpleasant smell. The water bottle was open and half empty. The bathroom was really small and the door didn't work properly. Also something wrong with the heating system as it was boiling. It also took 3 staff members to check me in. Avoid at all costs!

Staff welcoming always hospitable, I’ve now stayed at the convent garden , and today soho where Assan was awesome ! Made me an amazing Cappuccino also which is hard to do for me being a kind of passionate love of cappuccinos. Rooms clean and immaculate. Quirky at the soho but I’m told it’s old. Negatives tiny doubles do two people nope get an apartment if you at soho. My room literally like the M25 at late night foot traffic’ above me and mornings at 6.45aam so I guess if you not on the top floor that’s somthing hon may want to note. Overall I would recommend for the solo traveler. For location and convenience can’t get better fro budget stays On the negative

Great hotel, smaller room but had everything I needed for a solo stay. I also knew I was booking and getting a smaller room so I was not at all disappointed. The hotel was clean and close to everything you would need. The staff were great and always welcoming. The only downside is the fire alarm would go off when I used the shower, even with the window open.

We wanted some windows so maybe that was the sacrifice 🙏❤️ Staff very helpful , breakfast was a bit sparse when we arrived but everything was replenished when we asked ! Coffee was very good ! All round very happy with our Experience and so will defo stay again ! Thank you

I usually don't leave bad reviews, but this hotel deserves a minus 10. It's an expensive hotel, yet the room was extremely small - it felt like a jail cell with no air or oxygen. There was constant noise from the street, and I never received proper cleaning service. One day I came back tired from a meeting and fell asleep, and they knocked on my door around 3 PM asking if I wanted cleaning. In any decent hotel, room cleaning should happen between 9 AM and 11 AM.
