What's not to like! The staff were very friendly, welcoming and helpful. Location was excellent. I booked a single room which was on the cosy side but was well set up. The bed was very comfy. It was a birthday treat and there were balloons, a birthday card and towel swan display on my bed which was very lovely of them to do. I did have an issue with the shower, which was faulty. But having mentioned it to reception, the Maintenance team soon responded and sorted it on the same day. Would recommend Z Hotels and will book again. Thank you ♥️

The room was small but very comfortable for a solo traveler. It was ideal. The room was clean. They offer fresh water everyday to encourage visitors to not use plastic water bottles. I had a great stay. The hotel isn't an ideal location. But like I said the rooms are small.

It was in a perfect location, good price, convenient to the tube and busses! Only problem stay out of rm 125. I was alerted by knocking at the door that the fire alarm went off from the sream from the shower!

WiFi did not work all the time I was there. The cooling fans outside my window kept me awake all night. There were pigeons flying in and out of the connecting passage to my room. The only window, in the bathroom, had been broken and had been repaired with tape. I would never stay again and do not recommend.

The room stinks, literally! This has to be one of the worst hotel stays I ever had. The room was small, which was expected. However, it also had incredibly low ceiling, in the shower had this terrible aroma which made the whole room stink. The bathroom is separated from the room with glass, so even when you shower for example, the whole room fogs up. About. The bed was extremely uncomfortable. I lifted the sheets and noticed that the mattress is yellowish. I notified the front desk about the aroma and they sent someone with a drain solution. It didn’t help.. The staff was friendly, and the location was great, but I can’t recommend this hotel. You have other options at this price range.

The single room was the smallest room I have ever stayed in. The check in process was slow and lobby was crowded. You'll be paying for the location. If you become a member (which is free) you get a complimentary wine and cheese plate. 10 min walk from Piccadilly line.

The bed was hard, the room didn't go dark, the bedside lamb didn't work, the shower didn't really get hot, there was a draft right at the head of the bed (I turned the heating up and was still cold), the rooms were noisy from the commotion outside

In first room the toilet would not flush. The entire bathroom floor flooded after taking a shower as there is no shower curtain or partition or curb to block the water from going into the tiny bathroom. We were able to change rooms the following day. Both rooms were tiny and not meant for 2 people, especially for a week long stay. On a good note the shower was excellent in the second room.
