Everything satisfactory except for the slow check-in process and the fact that we were hearing a continuous white noise day and night, at the eighth floor, possibly coming from the air-conditioning rooftop units.

Room very clean and staff very accommodating. I enjoyed the gin bar. There are also a couple restaurant options onsite. The location was fantastic and I was able to walk to some attractions and many restaurants. My room was on the smaller side but it was sufficient for my solo travel needs. Would stay again!

We both had an excellent stay at the hotel, any issues we did have were dealt with in a friendly and professional way. Room was clean and tidy. One thing I would say is, one chair when two people are sharing for three nights is not enough, we did ask for another chair and this was placed on thr room straight away.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. Checking was easy. The room is clean and comfortable. The buffet breakfast is pretty good. It is a prime location to all the attractions.
