No more than a two-minute walk from Notting Hill Gate and located on a quiet residential street. While the entrance is relatively unassuming, everything is sweetness and light once you're through the front door. The interior is a triumph of style from top to bottom, and there are some charming touches, such as the House of Hackney curtains in the living area and art deco furnishings. You also have the bonus of some outdoor space, a patio outside of the master bedroom.

With Notting Hill Gate station just around the corner this 2 bedroom property is truly unique thanks to its access to a private terrace and garden. You can explore London to its fullest thanks to being minutes from all famous tourist attractions, yet at the same time enjoy a quiet morning or evening in the tranquil garden.

LOCATION - Guests can enjoy the wonderful location of the flat, being minutes away from Notting Hill tube station and local amenities. However, please note that due to the property being on the basement level it has bars that obstruct the window and as it is close proximity to Notting Hill tube station, the sound of the underground can occasionally be heard from time to time.

PATIO - Accessed via the master bedroom. It is connected to the neighbour's patio, so it's only partially private, but it's still a lovely place to enjoy your morning coffee.

BUILDING - Please be aware that although the external of the building and communal areas are not very attractive and in need of renovation, the flat itself is lovely. The building management company have informed us of their plans to do some renovation work; this listing will be updated as and when the dates have been confirmed for this work in order to inform potential guests in advance.

UPON BOOKING: If you do not have any reviews we will need you to provide more details about yourself (ie. work credentials such as a LinkedIn profile or similar) and the purpose of your stay.

EARLY CHECK-IN: A guaranteed early check-in can be arranged subject to availability at an extra charge.

LATE CHECK OUT: On the day of departure, we kindly ask all guests to vacate the property by 11AM. A guaranteed late check-out can be arranged subject to availability at an extra charge.

LONGER STAYS: For bookings of 14 days or more a complimentary weekly clean and linen change will be arranged for you. We have found that offering this service helps to avoid any extra cleaning fees at the end of the stay.

Notting hill stay

Stylishly renovated garden (basement) flat in amazing location in Notting Hill. Steps from subway and restaurants and convenience stores. Walking distance to Kensington gardens and portobello road market. Perfect size for an adult and 3 kids. Only issue would be that you can hear every footstep from the apartment above so may not be for a light sleeper. Also little counter space in bathroom. The building itself is a bit run down which is probably why you can hear every creak but the apartment is a serene getaway within that space. Impressive decor and functionality.
