Luxury Hotel conveniently located in the heart of South Kensington. Eats and tube station are just a short walk away. We enjoyed the free mineral water and chocolate.

The hotel staff were friendly, accommodating and kind. They went out of their way to make my stay special. The hotel was comfortable, cozy and great ambience. The bar was chic, the main areas were warm and cozy.

Absolutely exceptional, top to bottom. The neighborhood is lovely, the decor is elegant and tasteful, the staff was friendly and helpful and the food was delicious.

amazing 8 day stay at the kensington! super helpful staff, always friendly, always smiling. never condescending. totally recommend 100%.

The hotel is five minutes to the underground. The service, decor and comfort are perfect

Thoroughly enjoyed being in this hotel during our stay in London. Convenient an beautiful location. Accommodating staff. Very very satisfied.

The Kensington is the perfect British hotel- very English, very cozy, and with the best service and friendliest staff.

The staff is wonderful especially George. They were all very nice and friendly. The hotel is beautiful and dinner at the restaurant was great. The only negative experience we got was the smell along the hallway to our bedroom and the initial odor of our room upon check-in. Other than that, everything was beautiful.

The location was perfect for us to see museums, shop and visit family. More significantly the hotel staff was helpful(always), friendly and good at what they do. Lobby atmosphere for sitting, coffee, tea perfect with lots of energy!

While the first room that was shown to me was exceedingly small and dirty, the Kensington staff then upgraded me to one of the largest hotels in the room, which changed the entire experience to a positive one.

Staff is extremely helpful and kind on arrival & for all needs. Very pleasant. Lobby very pleasant for drinks & coffee.

Nothing negative to say about The Kensington, it was awesome. When we return to London in the future, this would be our first choice. Thanks

Great hotel in great location. Really nice and clean rooms. Gave us an upgrade at check in. Service was exceptional with the exception of the service at the restaurant which was slow almost to the point of being nonexistent.

This hotel is very well located in a nice neighborhood: short walk to the tube, plenty of restaurants and cafes, and multiple museums. I was traveling solo for business and the rooms are well kept and comfortable with reliable wifi.

I stayed at the cheapest room for one night. The room is very small and I was annoyed by noisy footsteps from the upper floor. But the hotel's staff were all kind to me, and the location is very convenient. In addition, traditional afternoon tea was very tasty. However, in case I come to this hotel, it's not for staying but for having afternoon tea.

I stayed only one night, so don't understand well about this hotel. But one thing I want to emphasize is this hotel doesn't provide comfortable stay because the room is so small and noisy. However, the location is good and hotel's staff is nice. Afternoon tea was very good, I could enjoy it. But totally expensive.

One of our best hotel experiences ever. A+ all around

This may be my new favorite hotel! The location was great, staff was very helpful and responsive. Overall look and feel of the rooms and the lobby and bar was excellent.

The staff at this hotel is really wonderful. They were genuinely interested in making our stay as great as it could be. I wasn't happy with our room the first night (their "queen size" beds are actually "full size" and I need the extra space). I mentioned this to the front desk and even though they were running near full capacity they managed to change us into a King. I was really impressed. Like many London hotels, the building is older so the hallways are a bit narrow and some of the rooms are very small. None of that kept us from truly enjoying the hotel. The bar/lounge area has a wonderful ambiance and is a great place to either start or end your day. Easy walk to the Underground, restaurants and many tourist sites. You won't regret choosing this one.

Small standard rooms but good amenities. Correct service and conveniently located.
