This hotel stands out as giving the perfect amount of service. often London hotels have too much attention and they become intrusive but the Berkeley was perfect and I would definitely recommend for anyone wanting a well placed London Hotel
I stayed with my daughter for 3 nights there. I can highly recommend staying at the Berkeley. Friendly helpful staff and excellent Service from the beginning till we left. We had a lovely room with enough space and nice bathroom (enjoyed the heated toilet seat). I highly recommend the bar - the drinks were super. Breakfast was also very good, the pain au chocolat.....delicious. We also had dinner at the Marcus. The Price was reasonable, the Food exceptional and the staff again very friendly and competent.
It was my Aunt’s 50th birthday, and so to mark the occasion we decided to go back to The Berkeley and once again enjoy the fashion cream tea. When we visited before everything was perfect! From the service and hospitality to the food and environment. We were pleasantly surprised this time again to enter the welcoming and exceptional atmosphere and have a wonderful time. The cream tea was spectacular, and the Jasmine tea mesmerising!! So happy to be back, 5 stars as always⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️❤️
We loved this hotel, one of the most beautifully appointed hotels we have ever visited. Staff was amazing and very personal. Great location, easy walk to great shopping, Hyde Park and Museums. A quick cab to all of London's amazing sites.
Good location excelent service . Clean rooms friandly smilying stuff and a good selection of items for your breakfast . Didn't have the time to visit the spa or the pool but from what i saw overall the hotell stuff knew their jobs well .
The hotel is in an excellent location with easy access to Harvey Nichols, Harrods, Hyde Park and Oxford Street. Perfect for a quick shopping break. Hotel staff made us feel welcome and we were even treated to a complimentary upgrade
We spent four nights at The Berkeley as part of our trip to watch a Champions League match. The level of service was amazing as usual. We were pleasantly surprised with three Liverpool F.C. scarfs presented to us as a gift from the hotel once they came to know of the purpose of our trip. Dov from guest relations and Danny from the concierge/porter team were very welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. Breakfast is a great experience at the hotel and a must. It gets quite busy though so better get there early if you want a table in the main room.
Occasionally I am taken by surprise by some exceptional service. The concierge at this hotel was literally the best I have experienced globally. The hotel itself is unexceptional but service like that experienced here is rare. The pool was closed which was a huge inconvenience because we had booked the hotel especially for the pool (my daughter travelled with me). Acknowledging this was a major inconvenience the hotel manager lay on a car to the Connaught to use the pool. Well done to the staff and a special mention to the concierge.
Stayed over Easter. Excellent service throughout the hotel. Generous Easter treats and goodies of our daughters (8 & 10). Would definitely recommend the hotel and hope to be staying again in the near future.
We did a short stay before an event and they allocated us two interconnecting rooms for two adults and two kids which were great. Simple but luxurious feeling everywhere; my six year old loved the place. The beds are really comfortable and breakfast was really beautiful. Loved it!
