NOT AS ADVERTISED.I recently rented this holiday house for a family getaway, having saved hard-earned money for this trip from Australia .Unfortunately, our experience was incredibly disappointing. The first thing we encountered upon arrival was cat feces on the garden step, which set a troubling tone for the visit. The garden was overgrown and littered with more cat waste, and one broken chair in the back garden only added to the unsightly atmosphere.Inside, the property felt unkempt, with a dirty toilet, stained chairs, and a filthy oven. There were only five dinner plates for our family of six.After communicating our concerns to the hosts, Wesley and Sonia, we felt compelled to leave within just two hours. They initially agreed to refund us, but have since gone back on that promise. We ended up having to rent another place that was far superior for only 150 more.It’s disheartening to spend hard-earned money on a rental that doesn’t meet basic cleanliness and maintenance standards. I cannot recommend this property. I have spent numerous hours with various agents and bots to get our money back despite Sonia agreeing to refund us if we left.
