El apartamento está bien situado y con buenas comunicaciones. El personal fisico no existe. Funciona todo por códigos. Pero es fácil y sencillo el acceso . Se comunican todo por e-mail

Buena ubicación pero lo demás mal.

Ha sido difícil contactar con los dueños y el trato hacia nosotros no ha sido bueno. Tardan en contestar y daban largas a las preguntas. El apartamento está bien ubicado. La tele no funciona, al menos el mando no funciona. Tuvimos que usar el botón trasero de la TV para cambiar canales y bajar el sonido. Hay varias luces fundidas. el horno está sucio. El sofá negro tiene las esquinas superiores rotas. el cepillo del baño está roto los artículos del hogar son escasos. Pocas tazas. Pocos tenedores, cucharas, los cuchillos no cortaban bien; no había tijeras… Menos mal que había lavavajillas al menos. No teníamos nada para limpiar ni para secar los platos, nos referimos a una bayeta y trapo de cocina. La ducha goteaba agua al usarla. La vitroceramica tardaba mucho en calentar. El sistema de abrir y cerrar la puerta no era bueno. Almohadas incómodas…

Nosotros nos quedamos una semana tres personas. Nos ha gustado bastante en general. Está en una zona de poco tránsito, tranquila, se descansa bien, justo al lado de Old Street. Al lado hay varios supermercados, Aldi y algunos más, aunque no son como los de España. Está bien comunicado con el transporte público. El apartamento está totalmente equipado, tiene lavavajillas, horno, microondas y lavadora, aunque te tendrás que comprar un poco de líquido para lavar. La limpieza ha sido correcta aunque le faltó un poco mejorarla. Tanto la cama como el sofacama se descansa bien. A nosotros nos tocó el apartamento nº 5. Lo que menos nos gustó es que faltaba algo de vajilla y el sofacama no estaba bien limpio. Por lo general bien.

Stay away from any Excel apartment, scam

I have found my stay in this apartment very unpleasant. Just to mention all the problems I have encountered: - Booking cancellation less than 24 hours before check in. - offered a 2-bedroom apartment in close proximity from the one I originally booked. - the new apartment, is finally not in the city center (zone 2) and is a 1-bedroom apartment. - I found myself in a neighbourhood that I don’t know and very far from my work, adding extra time every day for commuting with a very tight schedule. - after check-in, I found the apartment half cleaned, with dirty floors, no towels, no pillow cases, a remote not working. - after complaining by email because nobody answered to the “emergency” number, someone came and gave me towels, pillow cases and 3 tea bags with some sugar... - given the inconvenient location I had to use transportation to go to work every day, expending more than 40£, which I was not planning to do, reason why I originally booked an apartment in the city center. - the wifi signal is very inconsistent and often impossible to use. - after a long transatlantic flight, I was dreaming with a decent shower, but I couldn’t even have it, first because there were no towels, and after because the water was ice cold! I had to add water from the boiler to the bath... the day after the water was boiling, and the last day ice cold again... - the lack of care after the cancellation and lack of communication it has even made things more difficult if possible.

My biggest issue was with the support services - I discovered a completely clogged shower drain in my bathroom upon checking in, rendering the shower completely unusable for fear of flooding the entire bathroom. However staff were unable to provide maintenance until the next day and tried to tell me it was okay for me to leave the unit while they did the work (not remembering that I am desperately waiting for a shower and cannot go anywhere until that happens?? very low contextual awareness). No discount or refund was offered. I also pre-ordered room service during my stay, but when it wasn't provided, I finally emailed 2 days before checkout to ask for the charge to be refunded to me as I had already done all the cleaning. My request for a refund was again rejected and they immediately scrambled to provide room service for a unit that had already been cleaned by me and did not need it. Extremely poor experience interacting with the support staff; they made my stay exponentially worse than it otherwise would have been. Location is fantastic - easy access to London Underground, supermarkets, restaurants, and local outdoor food market. Close proximity to universities means there's plenty of students out, very safe place. Apartment building itself is great; easy access thru codes on door lock to building and to each unit. However, it sucked that there's no elevator and I wasn't warned beforehand, so lugging up my heavy suitcase two flights of stairs was painful.

The apartment was really nice but the people who run it are so hard to get in touch with. I kept having to have Expedia get in touch with them. Also, their "rental agreement" that we have to sign outside of the Expedia app is so sus. They indicate a £350 deposit on the Expedia site and then list it as £500 with a £104 rental fee. They say they will keep your deposit at will, not sure if we are getting it back. They also charge for towels - £12!!!! And if you decline they still put the towels in the apartment. They also charge you for cleaning or you do it yourself - but give no instructions or cleaning supplies. We were so frustrated and couldn't even shower in the morning! We asked for clarification on all of this, but no one would get back to us. The WiFi was also pretty awful, none of the 3 WiFi logins worked, until we finally got one to work after manually typing it in (instead of copy and paste). This would have been a great stay of the owners hadn't had such ridiculous house rules and if we could get in touch with them. Up until the time we finally got our instructions to check in - a half an hour late, I truly thought we had been scammed. We even did a video of the place in case they try to keep our deposit. I'd avoid this company, they ruined an entire afternoon in London because I was trying to work out the details with Expedia

Just far too hot, no fan in any of the rooms. I didn’t expect air con but something to help how hot it was. This apartment 7 is cleaner than some of the others in this block.

Overall the apartment was a good size for the location and super convenient, unfortunately the toilet had remains from the last user still in there and there was debris on the floor of the bedroom. Generally the bathroom was a little tired feeling, tape on the shower pole etc. The fan was appreciated as the apartment was extremely hot but I did stay during exceptionally hot weather. The curtains were too thin to allow me to sleep past sunrise so replacing those with blackout curtains would have increased my comfort considerably. Really easy to check in and the area felt safe. Just more attention to detail in cleaning would be good.
