I feel it is important that future guests are aware that the listing was not accurately represented and that there were several issues during my stay.The listing indicated that laundry facilities and toiletries would be provided; however, neither was available. I also noticed that the washer and dryer images have since been removed from the listing. The lack of laundry facilities caused a significant inconvenience.The listing also advertised high-speed Wi-Fi, but the connection was very poor throughout my stay. When I raised this concern, I was advised to move the router closer to the window, but this did not improve the connection.When I contacted the host regarding the excessive noise coming from the upstairs unit, including a message sent at 4:00 AM, I did not receive any meaningful assistance. I was told that the upstairs occupant would come speak with me, but this did not happen.Additionally, there were extra non-refundable fees that were not clearly disclosed upfront.Overall, I am very disappointed with the experience. I also reached out to the host over a week ago, as requested, to discuss my concerns, but I have not received a response to date.
