Friendly, polite staff. Warm welcome and even better they gave us a free upgrade! Super big bedroom overlooking the square. No noise at all as windows had extra glazing. Had to switch off heating as very warm. Not sure if aircon available but as it was December we didn’t need it. Well located. Definitely will return.

We paid for an earl check in but they downgraded us without telling us. The room def did not have a king bed and it was like a little box. They changed us into a room we were happy with but this wasnt a great first impression. I thiught the hotel rooms needed some work to them to freshen then up. Seemed a bit old and untouched for years
