Our initial greeting with reception staff was warm and informative, they also booked us a table at the restaurant, greeted us with two glasses of bubbly and best of all provided us with an unexpected upgrade. I've stayed at this hotel before so knew what to expect. Overall, it's a good hotel in a fantastic location. The beds are comfortable and it has a nice bathroom with complimentary lotions. It doesn't have AC, which wasn't a problem this trip but could be in summer. Frankly, the rooms are looking quite dated. At this price point it should have AC and a more updated look. But it's still a solid hotel for the price.
