Great to have extra space above a hotel room

This flat had a great amount of space and the location was excellent. I would recommend this for a family looking for something more than a large hotel room. Probably the neatest feature was the master bathroom which has while tile floor-to-ceiling and feels like you're going to a Tube stop when you walk in. It was nice to have the kitchen if needed, although we didn't use. This place was in the lowest level so your windows are the ones you see behind the iron fencing in the picture. I didn't hear any noise from the pubs. It was actually very nice being able to walk just a few steps to 2 of them since it was raining while we were there.

Had to walk around London on arrival until check in as oyo said they had no facility to drop off our luggage prior to check in, it was exhausting. Hotels.com confirmed check out at 11pm but oyo dismissed this and said it was 11am and wouldn't allow me to check in at the time stated in my email confirmation. Had to walk around London with our luggage on arrival and when we checked out. Although staff did offer us another room when previous guests had not checked out at our check in time at 3pm.

Lovely apartment

Just a 1 night stop over with family, but place was very clean and tidy, and location was excellent. Would definitely re-book whenever needed.

Good stay with a family

Spacious two rooms apartment, in the best area for travelling London. Some facilities are old, but have no problem to use. Check-in/out were also easy. I recommend this place especially for a family trip. Just one thing to remind; The apartment is at the ground floor, and pubs are just near by. It can be a matter for some people.

Strategic location, near all the amenities and attraction. The unit itself is very clean and well equipped. But the host communication is very disappointing for I was not told of how to check-in and check-out. I had to call twice to get the required information. Check-out time at 11am is too early and a hassle. Overall, good unit but dissapointing check in, check out arrangements.

Good location. Not far from Blackfriars train station. Very poor communication on how to check-in....sent 2 emails and 3 phone calls to India. This is not a hotel room....it is a underground apartment. You have to pick up the key at a shop located 5 mins away. Shower had no screen.....water went all over the floor. Internet is hidden. Very steep stairs down into the apartment.

Property in a great location, it is a bit tired in places, could do with some air running through once in a while and plug in air fresheners as it’s a basement flat and can be a little damp smelling. Nothing is bad and actually it’s good value and I would use it again.

No geral o apartamento é muito bom, bem seguro, bem localizado e bem equipado, no entanto muito ruim na questão do check in e check out, muito antes da minha hospedagem enviei um e-mail solicitando disponibilidade para deixar as malas antes do horários do check in, telefone de contato e como fazer para pegar as chaves, na resposta me enviaram que não havia a possibilidade de deixar as malas e sugeriram um locker que cobrou 6,00 libras por malas, também não me passaram nenhum telefone e me falaram que dois dias antes enviariam as informações para retirada da chaves, quando até no dia da viagem nada me foi enviado, enviei vários e-mail para a empresa e para o hotéis.com e nada foi resolvido. No dia da minha hospedagem cheguei até o local toquei a campainha do vizinho, que me passou um endereço de onde eu poderia retirar as chaves, fui até o local (uma conveniência) e me solicitaram um código que eu não tinha, minha sorte que a atendente ligou para uma pessoa que após mais de 1h conseguiu o código e me liberou a chave. No check out outra surpresa, pois no site está que o check out seria até as 23:00, assim como a moça da conveniência, quando foi as 15:00 chegamos para arrumar as malas tinha uma faxineira limpando o apartamento me dizendo que o check out era até as 11:00, também recebi um e-mail dizendo que se eu não saísse em 15mim seria cobrado uma taxa de 100 libras por hora a mais, engraçado que para me enviar o código eles não me enviaram e-mail, mas para cobrar a saída sim.

竟然找不到訂單，門牌號碼也是錯，經過3個多鍾聯絡，坐的士去了2家便利店才拿到鎖匙，最後二天半夜浴室天花大漏水，幸虧屋主配備了大垃圾桶可用。一間房的床和床上用品欠佳。房子地理位置非常好方便，房間整體乾淨。
