Set in a highly sought after location. Westbourne Park is the closest station to the property, just a 4-minute walk away. This connects you to the Circle or Hammersmith. The neighbourhood is safe and family-friendly, just a 2-minute walk from the famous Portobello Road and its markets! There are 2 double size bedrooms, one with a private bathroom. The place can comfortably accommodate 4 adults, making it ideal for families, friends and groups. In the living area there is a sofa bed which can accommodate one more people on occasion.

Overall it was okay. The location was excellent. The one thing that gave it a lower rating was the one bed that my husband and I shared still had dirty linen on it so we washed them and remade the bed. The other bed had clean sheets on it. Our room was very small no room for our luggage.
Good location situated near Portobello Road. Flat had good amenities and was clean. WIFI and appliances all worked. Checkout procedures were placed on Dropbox but we could not gain access to them. Recommend sending these upon checkin or provide a folder in the flat.
Overall, excellent location and convenient to the tube. The property management company was easy to work with. The flat was comfortable and had great amenities. It was also a bit worn down and some areas were not as clean as we would hope (some mildew in the shower, etc.). In the summer, it could also use a few more fans. There was 1 standing fan for the flat, but the bedrooms didn’t get much airflow, even with windows open. Overall our stay was comfortable for the few days we were there.
Think property is in a great location. Close to the train station and Portobella Road shops. We just felt the place could have been cleaner with sticky floors in places. Some dishes we didn't use because they weren't clean. A fish slice in the kitchen would be useful. Furniture was very outdated and we had to fix the slats on the bed before we could sleep as they had fallen down in the middle.

The property is in a good location but wardrobe door broken, no rubber on shower door so did not close, knob on kitchen switch loose, cleaning product smell very pungent If you have mobility issues not ideal as 28 steps up
Condo located in a lovely area safe for walking to nearby restaurants, grocery & shops. It was very accommodating with 2 bedrooms & couch in living room able to fold out to a bed (we did not need). Mattresses very comfortable. Very clean. Kitchenette well stocked dishes, cookware & utensils for any meal prep. 2 baths accommodating & plenty of hot water! Recommended to host it would be nice to have an extra power strip in master bedroom, change front door lock it’s very hard to turn key & tumbler. Painted flooring with multiple scratches & chips but not unsafe. Host & team very efficient & timely with questions. We would stay again in future!
