The hotel is lovely, the room is so quiet and comfy. However we stayed for two days and our room wasnt topped up with essentials such as water or coffee. It wasnt cleaned and dirty glasses, prosecco wasnt remived from the room which was disappointing.

It was a nice trip for us. The room was very clean and felt more spacious than a standard room. The only bad thing was that there was no window. Especially in Shoreditch I would say Nobu is the best

We were told we would be giving a room upgrade since our last stay we were woken up to builders in the next room doing work which we weren’t made aware of and told we would be giving a upgrade on our next stay ! No upgrade a free cocktail each. Our first morning we had to ask for two irons as they were leaking brown water out of them which ruined an item of my clothing which cost more than the price of our stay. The electric then tripped in our room which made us late to reservations meaning we alsonl At that reservation putting our day so far behind . Hotel is gorgeous but other than that I wouldn’t choose to stay here in a hurry again.

A nice quirky hotel. Clean but a bit dark in the rooms. Very expensive and not quite luxury. They service charge everything including buying at the counter in the cafe and for serving you breakfast even if it’s paid in advance. They take a £300 room security on arrival and lock you out of your room if you go over that.Staff are friendly though.

Loved our stay at the hotel. The staff were all friendly and polite. Thank you for treating us special for my husbands birthday. It’s tucked away but so close to Shoreditch there’s so much to do in the area but it was lovely to go back to a quiet hotel for a peaceful nights sleep. We will definitely recommend and hope to return.

I had an exceptional experience during my stay at this hotel. The entire theme is inspired by Japanese aesthetics, exuding a sense of dark elegance and minimalism that instantly sets a calming mood. The rooms are meticulously designed with comfort in mind, featuring dimmable lighting that allows you to create the perfect ambiance. The soundproofing ensures a peaceful retreat, free from any external disturbances. One standout feature was the underfloor heating in the bathroom, which added a luxurious touch—stepping onto warm floors was a delightful experience. The breakfast was enjoyable, offering a good base selection. However, it’s worth noting that for more variety or premium options, there is an additional cost beyond the standard breakfast offering. Despite this, the overall experience was well worth it, as every detail felt thoughtfully curated to enhance comfort and tranquility.
