A really good studio

We really liked our little studio, and the location of it. Clean and well supplied. But on the downside, the room was very hot, even in october, and you could hear the other guests in their rooms.

More suitable for a single person, due to the smaller size. It worked ok for 2 of us, because we were resting for a bit and then going out to explore! That being said, the bed was comfy and kitchen and fridge worked for storing and preparing snacks. Also, there’s 3 Undeground stations nearby, one of them being the Elizabeth Line that takes you straight to Heathrow Airport. Area is quiet at night, so you can rest and do it all over again the next morning!

Perfect room for a business trip. Modern, clean, no carpet, recent bathroom; kitchen basic, nice window. The only negative is that there is no elevator; thus, if you have many luggages, it's not great in that regards

Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und bietet auch alles, was es für einen Kurztrip nach London braucht. Leider war das Zimmer (trotz stetigem Lüften) sehr warm, sodass gerade die Nächte durch die andauernde Hitze sehr unangenehm waren. Zudem war das Apartment auch sehr hellhörig.

Das Bett war für 2 Personen mit 1.20m viel zu klein. Es fehlten hacken für die Jacken zum aufhängen. Die Küche war sehr spärlich ausgestattet und nicht zum kochen geeignet. Die Wände waren extrem dünn. Die Türen klappern ständig von den Nachbarn war einen oft aufschrecken ließ. Lage war aber sehr gut, für 2 Nächte ok. Ich würde nicht wieder kommen.

Great location, very secure and it was quiet. I was on the ground floor at the vack ofvthe property. Shower was good. Things to improve, bed was not a full double had a cheap wooden frame that creaked badly. The room was very warm, I opened the windows. and did find a fan in the wardrobe there is aircon. No floor length mirror. Was like a basic clean hotel room with the added kitchen.

Cracking location

Fantastic location literally 10 minute walk from the centre of Soho but quiet enough for a decent nights sleep, only downside was the bed creaked and squeaked every time you moved in bed.

I would have been great if the neighbors allowed

Pros: The place was clean, central, had the necessary supplies for a week stay Cons: I got no sleep half of my nights there due to incredibly loud and inconsiderate neighbors. Loud tv and sex noises night and day. When I complained to the management, a day or two before checking out I was told it was too late and there weren’t other complaints (yeah, ‘cause I was the one sharing a wall with that apartment). The only reason I chose this expensive place was to maximize rest in a week of full training. However, thanks to these complaints, I got very little rest and wasn’t compensated in any way. Maybe you’ll get luckier with your neighbors than me, but if you don’t, this management won’t help you anyway, anyhow.

Decent central apartment

Great value for the price, in a really central and well-connected location. Rooms are on the small side, as most in London are for this price. A bit stuffy too, which didn't make for a great sleep. They do provide a fan, but it didn't quite help enough. All very clean and in great condition, would certainly consider using again.

Property was great, easy to find and very clean and quite, it also has disabled parking just outside the apartment for those who need it. As mentioned by other reviewers the apartments are on the warm side but there was a heat wave on! We where in room 25 which had a velux window which really helped. Overall the best hotel / apartment that we have stayed in and will stay in again.

Terrible experience! There was black mold in the bathroom that was so severe we couldn’t sleep. The room was hot and humid, despite mild weather outside and there is little to no ventilation. We contacted customer service because we needed to get out of this terrible place and they did not help. Instead of immediately addressing the issue we were told to fill out a Google form and wait up to 10 days for a response. We’re still waiting to hear back about a refund. Avoid this place!

Unpleasant stay due to room temp

Great location and easy access with clear instructions. Room as described but the temperature was unbearable. Granted the temperature on our day of arrival was warm but even the next day once the weather had changed the room was still unbearable. There was in a fan in the room but unless you were in it’s direct range it was pointless. There had to have been some heating or something in the block of apartments causing this - it was not just the weather. It meant you not wanting to spend any time in the room unless sleeping and that wasn’t easy given the temperature. Everything else about the apartment was fine.
