This property could have been rated better if they did a better job of communications. Would have been nice to know when they would communicate exact address and check-in information - 5 hours before causes a bit of stress. Also, no information within the property on wifi or how to use anything. That too would have been helpful. Luckily I figured out the wifi myself, but not sure everyone would be able to do this. But, it was clean and a good location for our trip, so all good!

Worst experience ever

Wrong street address of the "hotel" communicated. No reception, just a box with a key attached to the fence. Had to make several calls to enter the apartment. Heating not working. No warm water. Bed lamps not working.
16.9 degrees and the owner didn't fix it!

Nightmare apartment

Wrong street address communicated. No reception, just a box with a key in a box on the fence. Had to make 3 calls to enter the apartment. Heating not working. No warm water. Had to make 3 phone calls and they still didn't fix it. 2 bed lamps not working.
16.9 degrees and the owner didn't fix it!

Very terrible experience. I wish I could give a negative rating! Wifi didn't work the whole time we stayed there. Called and emailed the management. No one picked up the phone. Finally got an email response but they didn't solve the problem. After a couple of emails they just ignored me. Ironically I finally got an email telling me what to do to fix the wifi AFTER we checked out. There was only one bed in the apartment, and I was told the other bed was an airbed after I emailed them asking for another bed for my kids. BUT there's no bedding for the airbed! My kids ended up curling up in the sofa for a night. The apartment was on a busy street and it was loud all night. The curtains were so thin they didn't block any light from outside. I saw blood stains on one of the pillow cases.

logement bien pour 2 voire 3.

Séjour sympathique, mais le logement n'est pas réellement fait pour 4 personnes : un seul lit double, et un (gros) matelas gonflable pour les deux autres... Il n'y a que trois chaises autour de la table. J'ai dû paramétrer la tv avec le wifi, pas évident de se connecter, un tutoriel serait souhaitable. Bref, pour 2 ça aurait été nickel, d'autant plus qu'il est bien situé, à 2 pas de la station Stockwell. Rue un peu bruyante, toute la nuit, et rideaux pas occultant : ça peut déranger certaines personnes.
