A quiet spot in the heart of London

Exceptional property in a fantastic location. The fact that it was quiet and nestled in between streets made it perfect. The bedrooms were great. The living space was perfect for working and relaxing. Everything worked. This place is highly recommended and great value for the price point. I am hoping to stay there again soon.

Unscheduled days in London at the best

I decided to spend 3 extra days in London just to relax. Many hotels was more or less fully booked, so I found this place via Hotels.com and what a smash hit it was. One thing is the wonderful apartment it self but the excellent service level was a huge surprise. I'm used to good service but this was ace. A big thank you to Ellie and Chris in particular. I highly recommend this place. If you are a a couple of friends or two couples travelling this is just perfect.

It was a bit difficult to get hold of the people managing the apartment. It was a bit dirty when we showed up and it didn't have soap and schampoo. Apart form that it is a beautiful apartment with superb location!
