From check in to check out everything was excellent, great location, freindly staff, clean room for me and my daughter and walking distance to Wembley for our concert. Excellent highly recommend this hotel. Next time we visit London this is the hotel we will be staying at.

Quite old hotel. Spring mattress was horrible. Quite lucky that we didn’t get back pain. Rooms allotted were on back side of the hotel. It is always the case with hotels.com bookings. Never get good rooms allotment. Restaurant was good. They served us good veg pizza quickly for lunch.

The hotel room was sufficient for my 1 night stay after going to an event at Wembley Stadium. Very handy it’s so close to everything. Needs a refurbishment overall as it’s looking old and tired but is ok for a short stay.

Our room was not clean. There were crisps in the floor, the bath was dirty and stains on the sheets. The receptionist was lovely and moved us to a different room which was a little better, but the sheets were still stained. The room was tired, but that doesn’t matter if it is clean. We paid £335 for the room and this rate is excessive for what was provided.

I am giving this property two starts as there are beds in the room that you can sleep in. But other than that, it is lacking in everything else. The entire property looks dated and old, the hallways leading up to the room are dark and smell funny. Our room had stains on carpet, the shower curtain in the bath only covered half of the bath and water splashed everywhere. There was peeling formica and unpainted patched walls in the bathroom and in the rest of the room. There wasnt even a microwave or a refrigerator - I guess too much to ask for. But the tea kettle had no inner lining to even boil the water for morning coffee or tea. Overall, if you are in a pinch and have no rooms available to crash at night, then go for this property otherwise avoid at all costs.

Pre gig stay

We as a family travelled from Paisley Scotland to go to a gig at Wembley Stadium. We arrived and was helped by the amazing staff. Fully explained check in and gave us the keys to the room. The room was lovely and cool as it had an ac unit it. Everything that could have been needed was supplied. Iron and ironing board,hairdryer and even a safe. And even supplied a kettle and beverages. The only thing was the bath had a few tiny marks in the bottom but nothing that would stop the use. Overall really happy with the quality of the room. Free parking is an absolute bonus. We are in the sports bar restaurant. Food was good albeit a wee bit pricey but there were options. Would happily book again if coming back to London.

Ok for just one night.

It served its purpose but it wasn't great. The bar staff were nice and sorted me a meal after the concert. The overall feel of the hotel was that it desperately needed a spruce up. It is very convenient for Wembley Stadium etc

Room was dirty Hair everywhere, cob webbs, dirt On towels, bathroom didn’t look like it had been cleaned. NOT HAPPY for £165 I at least expected it to be clean!
