Me gustó mucho el hotel!! La comida y el café riquísimos!

We enjoyed our stay. The Hotel staff was excellent. The hotel itself is very nice. The gym is a bit cramped, but superior to most hotel fitness centers. My only caution is that the hotel is a good trip from Central London, and the area around the hotel shuts down pretty early.

Great Hotel and Staff, but Wifi was not available in the room making it difficult to communicate. They also did not have any roll away beds.

We had a very good time in London. The Marriott is a very short walk from the Swiss Cottage underground station, with easy access to most of the lines to most of the sights in London. The staff was very nice and helpful. Not used to being charged for Internet in the states anymore, so that was a bit different. The food prices are a bit high, but their fish and chips was huge. The buffet breakfast was also expensive, but could carry you most of the day. We only ate at the hotel 3 times in the week we were there, mostly ate in pubs. The cleaning service was a little inconsistent, the room was always clean but it seemed sometimes they took our bath towels and didn't give us new ones.

The room was nice. I hear it's large for Europe. It was always a perfect temperature, and the bed was soft. After a long day of sight seeing, it was amazing to return to each night. This hotel really shines in the public area though. The restaurant had great food overall. We were comparing many of the local restaurants to it. Loved the Indian food and the bar. Plus their free internet was actually really fast.

Two things I did not like. Internet in the room was VERY expensive - did not use it at all (used the free service in the lobby). And, the water did not flow out of the bathroom sink - very slowly.

A little outside the center of London, but not a disadvantage because of convenience to Swiss Cottage Tube Station, safe neighborhood, and budget friendly restuarants within walking distance (Subway, KFC, McD's). We traveled with our adult daughter and were able to share a room, many other London hotels will not allow three in a room. Room was large, clean and comfortable. Staff was very helpful, arranging an early morning cab, booking a walking tour, etc. Was a great home base for our London area sightseeing. Would certainly stay here on our next London visit.

We checked into the hotel and were given a non-smoking room but upon entering the room it clearly smelled of smoke and there was an ashtray on an end table. The windows were wide open even though it was a cold, rainy day. It clearly wasn't helping with the stench. Back down to the lobby only to have the staff argue with us that the room was a non-smoking room and therefore it couldn't possibly smell of smoke. After several minutes continuously explaining the problem, they finally gave us another room. Never have we experienced hotel staff arguing with their clients. The sofa bed that our children slept on had thin sheets and a blanket that had seen better days. When the blanket has holes and is pilled, it is time to invest in new linens. Once the sofa bed was pulled out, the room became quite cramped. Not a great design. The queen size bed also had sheets that were past their prime and the mattress was like sleeping on a board. Clearly a very uncomfortable bed. The bathroom was quite large and extremely nice given the state of the rest of the room. We ordered room service late one evening and it arrived before the quoted time. It was still hot and quite delicious. We also ate in the hotel's brasserie one evening as recommended upon check-in. Service was extremely slow and our waitress kept disappearing for long periods of time. The table next to us had several of the staff fawning over them so there obviously was a problem before we arrived. Given the long wait to order and receive drinks and food, it did prove to be a decent, average meal...or maybe we were just exhausted from our long day of sightseeing. Overall we were not impressed with this Marriott property. During our week long trip, this was the third Marriott property and the most expensive. The other properties all had nice linens, blankets and feather beds, 2 queen size beds in the room, no sofa bed, larger rooms with room to move around.

convienent to all attractions by the tube.staff was helpfull and very nice.a few minor mishaps. room was clean. we would stay their again.highly recommend it.

Great experience except for some confusion at the start. Although we had specifically requested a non-smoking room, somehow this was transmitted as a request for a smoking room and there were no non-smoking rooms available for a change on the first night. [...]

This is one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in. The service was outstanding. The beds were some of the most confortable I have ever slept on. I wish I would have asked them for the manufacturer as I would like to buy them for my house. The pool, suana, and steam room were great and my grand daughter and I use them frequently. Room service was great and fast. In fact they have a policy that if you order breakfast and it is more than 15 minutes late it is on them. We did order once and they were late and they did not charge us for the meal. All in all our experience was way better than we expected.

Ten days in London were fantastic only to shortThis historic City is excellentWe went on sightseeing tours to Stonehenge and Bathand had lunch in 14th Century Restaurant. Excellent deal!!!

This hotel was in a quiet neighborhood a short-ish walk to the subway line. Personally, I would have prefered something a bit more centrally located, but if you're looking for a safe neighborhood to relax in, this moght be perfect for you. The common areas, like hallways, in this hotel are starting to show their age and are a bit of a labarinth, but the rooms are better kept. I think that my favorite part of the hotel was the staff. I'm a vegan and my husband asked the concierge if there were any vegn restarants in the area. He said he would find out for us, and when we came downstairs to go out he had printed 4 different maps to vegan restarants in town for us.

The locations was perfect, the staff extremely friendly and helpful, and the price was perfect! I have done much traveling, and found this to be one of the best experiences I have had.

Great hotel for 2 travelers. Very clean and the staff was very helpful. Adding a roll away to a room with King size bed made the room too small. Hotel was 3 blocks from the tube and there was a McDonald's nearby. Walking from the hotel and arriving at Heathrow took 90 minutes on the tube which is the cheapest way to go. Only one tube change. To far to walk anywhere during the winter. Nearby is a 24 hour grocery store and several good restaurants. Would definately stay here again. My Didn't have time to use the fitness or pool. Did not eat at the restaurant so no opinions about those. Saw a lot of people at both. My only complaint is that there were 3 adults in our group and they only had a king size bed and added a rollaway which made the room to small. For 2 people the room would have been fine. Rooms were very clean, comfortable and you had control of your own heat.

The staff were extremly helpful and accomodating

The location is good, next to bus and underground. Very good for vacations and visiting place in London.

When we arrived at the hotel about 12.30pm, and were told we could not check in till 3.00pm. I think that after travelling for such a long time, they should be able to get the rooms for their guests. I was not the only one waiting, there were others. The excuse was that the rooms were not ready. I was lucky I have a family in London, so we left out tag luggages and went to their house, and came back later to the hotel. I was there on vacation and spent most of my time outside. My room was okay for me and my boys. The environment was great. I wondered why the news papers were not provided for guest. My kids enjoyed the swimming pool, but I did not see a life guard. the reason being that, there were lots of kids swimming. They really really need to update their channels to include disney channels for kids, or channels that are children friendly. My kids did really miss that. I like the location of the Hotel and will stay in this hotel again.

We stayed at this hotel on our honeymoon and really enjoyed it. The rooms were small but very clean and the beds very comfortable. Overall it was a nice hotel and only a few minutes walk from the underground. The only complaint I have is that they advertise parking and wi fi in all the rooms. The parking is expensive 25 pounds a day, and the wi fi is also not free another 15 pounds a day. I expected the resturant to be overpriced and it was but the one time we ate there it was very good. Overall we had a great time, the hotel staff was helpful and our room was very clean. Also our rooms had an american outlet which was nice. We would probably look to stay at a hotel further away from London next time as the driving is crazy there. Other than that though a nice hotel.
