Hyatt Place East London was fantastic. Warm and friendly staff willing to help with any assistance you may need. The restaurant on site had an amazing dinner and breakfast options. The sky bar has a great view of London while you drink or snack.

The staff were friendly, efficient and helpful. The room was spotless, comfy beds and pillows, and sofa in the room was lovely. Also a very good breakfast at a reasonable price. And very handy for London, even central London easily accessible as only 5’ walk to Tube station

Room was great. We had a balcony and view of the city which was stunning. Staff were lovely and very helpful. Recommend staying here. This was actually my 2nd time and somewhere I will continue staying when I come to London. Fabulous place to stay

Rooms were clean very minimalist. Stag was friendly and helpful. The location is convenient and close to transit. The area must have been quite nice at one time but looks rundown and we felt a bit uncomfortable getting back at night.

Pretty average, but dirty, cleaning cones out when not cleaning, dirty lobby, cramped breakfast area. Advertised as Shoreditch it’s not. It’s fine if it’s cheap but don’t think you are staying in some flash Hyatt, it’s very standard. Kettle didn’t work, iron was old, dirty and half working.
