only one elevator working, takes forever to go up or down, you can't even get in when the service personnel uses the same elevator for their laundry carts. Lock on the room door didn't work, no matter how many times they exchange the entry key. included breakfast, not in the same building, with very, very poor menu( not even orange juice for kids, just water)The pool not in the best condition either, water not really clean, and the whole room pretty cold.The only good thing about this place was the comfy mattresses, and the OUTSTANDING service for both check in, and check out
