Horrible stay!!! will never use Guest Ready anymore. Bed was old and left us with serious back pains. The white bedding was so old.
The terms and conditions says the heating is set for max of 23 degrees but it trips off after a while and hardly warms up, its done this way to save owner energy bills but at expense of customers, very bad. I was so cold was having shivers through the night and had to buy a stand alone heating
Bad shower head, never fixed, complained but was told I have to wait till new year when landlord can commission the job, absolutely ridiculous. We practically used the shower this way till we left, at some point we had to get containers to improvise to take a proper bath
Water in wash hand basin in bathroom was cold meaning we had to boil wam water to brush our teeth for over a week until engineer came to fix it
Only one set of beddings for a 2 week stay. I was told its policy to provide only one bedding but was given one extra set as good will.
Apartment is a bit of a distance from the store where keys are located. Having gone to the store in the rain, I was given the wrong set of keys, got to the property, had to call the contact center to get the keys sorted before going back to the key shop to pick the correct set while my partner waited out in the cold, was just a nightmare.
Shower room was very tiny, can hardly move around in the shower. The vacuum cleaner does not pick dirt,cheap and poor quality of vacuum cleaner room was too tight for the price.
