Breakfast was good and slightly different everyday. The location is perfect for seeing all the attractions and to the underground if you want to get around that way. I was staying there for my birthday and they left a sweet note and a cute gift of teas for me! I didn’t even tell them it was my birthday so the fact they paid attention to that detail means a lot. I definitely recommend this hotel!

Concierge staff are particularly warm and friendly. Location is great - fairly quiet street but handy for tubes and busses and lots in the local area. Room was clean, very comfy bed and generally of a nice standard.

Staff were really kind, but the housekeeping could use more consistency. There were days when we specifically requested housekeeping and they did a good job but other days we didn’t request it, and the cleaned our room with half the effort. They left our used tea cups and didn’t refill the teas, milks, and sugar.

Excellent room and staff. Let down by internet log in system. Couldn't get wifi first arrival and in the morning my laptop and android phone got logged in but my iphone was locked out and reception nor maintenance could get it logged in. Very irritating your room wifi cannot be reset.

Absolutely fantastic area, safe, clean, lots of buses and good places within walking distance. Bed was wonderful and I loved door between bedroom and front door. Only negative was the nasty cheap cold sausages on cooked breakfast, yuck ! Staff are so wonderfully warm here

I truly enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, and everything throughout the visit ran very smoothly. The accommodations were comfortable and well maintained. One small suggestion would be to include a spoon in the room to accompany the tea and coffee cups. Additionally, having room service available would make a big difference—especially after long tours and returning late in the evening when it would be nice to order a meal without leaving the room. The staff at check-in were wonderful. The young lady who assisted us was exceptionally kind and welcoming—she set a great first impression and would be an excellent person to help train the check-out staff, as that experience was not quite as friendly. I also want to recognize the gentleman who helped us with our luggage; he was very attentive and professional. The on-site Starbucks was a great convenience and a nice touch. Overall, I loved staying here and would happily return. With the addition of room service and a few small in-room amenities, the experience would be even better.

The room was tidy and sufficient. Staff was friendly. While they were in the middle of an ownership transfer they did well making our stay almost perfect. The hotel was located in Winchester, close to city sites, tube, and bus stations so we had no problem getting around and enjoying the city.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and couldn’t be happier with our experience. The room was always very clean, spacious, and comfortable, which made our trip even more enjoyable. The staff were consistently warm, friendly, and welcoming — they truly made us feel at home. The breakfast was also very good, with plenty of options to start the day right.
