Staff was exceptionally helpful, Quick dinner of Fish sliders and salad hit the spot Breakfast was complete!Thank you

The Staff was rude. First during the check in process the group in front of me asked what they were paying an additional fee for and the reception was so dismissive and rude not explaining the deposit fee. The front desk was like, “ Just Pay in your currency or Euro” then waved them off at the hotel bar on the first floor, a customer expressed he was given a different wine than he requested and they were so rude to him. The rooms in European countries are small, granted but it felt like a hostel. The lobby is nice and chic but you get to the elevator and it’s disappointing. The cleanliness of the bathrooms were questionable. I requested towels since they didn’t replenish them then waited well over a half hour for them to be delivered. However the location was convenient to the London eye and other attractions.

The staff at the front desk was friendly and very helpful !

Love the propriety and stuff very clean and breakfast buffet very good just couldn’t enjoy the pool because was chili

The staffing of the bar/lounge is a complete joke. The bar is so badly understaffed that customers have to wait far too long to get a drink or food. It took us 24 minutes to get a second drink from the time it was ordered. A table near us waited to get their first for more than half hour. It's poor management that is the problem, with less of the blame on the undertrained staff.

Staff were very rude. Nothing close by to eat other than hotel. Long walk with luggage from bus stop. We ordered a dinner to our room and card was not saved but resturaunt staff said it was ok to pay at checkout since they had card from psying for breakfast. Then check in desk girl called room in a loud rude voice saying our card was not on file and she told us we could not order but actually she didnt then accused us of trying to steal a meal from the hotel and demanded we come down and pay immediately we said use card that was used for breakfast she was to bring a reciepr to room bur dudnt and after two hours my husband went down and she was rude tegarding giving him the reciepr. Needless to say we were then kept up too late due to rising early for early flight

Sub-par rooms and customer service. Beds are low quality and not comfortable. Rooms are not very clean. Reaching hotel staff for any requests is a hassle. Had to call three times to get an extra pillow.

Loved the convenient location, helpful staff- walk everywhere, Newer and well designed

It was a very clean hotel, which is always a plus. It is older so it is in need of a refresh. Staff was friendly and accommodating.

Great location-- within an easy walking distance to both Westminster and Pimlico Underground stations. Next to Burberry corporate offices so very quiet at night. Next to the Tate and a stone's throw to the Houses of Parliment, Westminster Abbey and London Eye. Comfortable beds, great shower and very clean rooms.

Breakfast area is so rush and too many people all the time.

Location worked well for for touring central london and there were enough eating options nearby with plenty of pubs. Needed to travel a bit for restaurant dinner but not to bad. Would stay here again.

The Double Tree in Westminster is very nice and close to attractions. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. Our stay was very good. It is also close to restaurants.

First time at Double Tree , it was a good experience overall

Rooms are very small, location is amazing. To much money for the room tho

Hotel has good staff and good recommendations for restaurants and directions to the sights

Clean, nice neighborhood on a tree-lined street (right next to Tate Britain), good service, nice room. It's an okay location - compared to some other more expensive hotels it's a longer walk to get to the nearest tube entrance, plus a greater number of stops away on the underground from the city center (about 20 minutes or more during rush hour) - but it's a great value for the money. They provide a tasty cookie upon guest's arrival, and also fresh fruit. Free Wi-Fi, very private and secure room, and a very good amount of closet space are some of the pluses. They have a decent restaurant on the first floor that seemed to be fairly popular.
