Everything was great, including the breakfast in the morning. Only negative comment would that the mattress in our room would need to be changed. Getting worn out. Otherwise all was excellent!

Rooms are fine - but nothing to write home about!

Room is sterile, but bed comfortable. No idea what is going on with the lifts - 4 there but only one seems to work. Staff were pleasant, but really not up to the Hilton brand standard, checkin was robotic and didn't confirm whether my upgrade had been honoured or not. Breakfast - this is our second stay and we passed after the first stay it was terrible, really not up to the Hilton brand standard and definitely not worth the money - went for a walk, found a cafe and ate there instead!

The room was amazing, so comfy and laid out very well. It was absolutely spotless as well! Staff all round could not be more friendly or accommodating. Best hotel I have stayed in London, pubs around the corner which are lovely as well as great proximity to Millbank Pier for the boat down the Thames which is easy and Pimlico which is four stops south of Oxford Circus on the Victoria line. A fantastic gem of a hotel that we will be coming back to!

Marvelous stay! Loved the quiet after a long day of sightseeing. Excellent staff—very helpful day and night. One really nice touch was the water filling station on each floor—super convenient for a person who’s out and about all day.

There was an abundance of shopping options. The room was always spotless. The staff were all very helpful in whatever your needs might be. Although we weren't there on business, they certainly appeared to be set-up for any bususiness situation requirement.
