DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL!!!! They charge for wifi in the rooms. There is bad cellphone service. The rooms are OLD and creeky. They have small box mattresses that are so uncomfortable. The rooms were cold and our heater didnt work. They sent an “engineer” to the room only to bring us 2 portable heaters that were barely working. For Canary Wharf, I was horrified that this hotel exists in this condition. DO NOT STAY HERE!!
Room was big. The air conditioner didn’t work ! Awful! Bed mattress hard!
Like the staff and location. I didnt like that it didn't have no room service and TV quality was bad.
You could tell the property must have been spectacular at some point but not maintained very well.
