Lower Ground Floor: - Living Area: Features a dining table and 4 chairs, a cosy sofa, an armchair and a TV, and a fully equipped kitchen with a stovetop, oven, and fridge freezer. This area also provides access to a private patio and includes - Toilet with washing machine - Ensuite Bedroom with ample storage space.
All windows have double glazing, and the apartment boasts underfloor heating with individual temperature controls for each room. Additionally, the bedrooms are comfortably carpeted for added warmth and comfort. The building has double gate access codes and CCTV in communal areas.
