The room was very noisy. dusty and cold. The staff did give me a portable heater and more blankets. but the room was only warm on the 3rd day of the portable heater working (24 hours). The access to Wembley was not as easy as described. Yes it was close but actually getting to Wembley was not easy. I had a shared bathroom- which I am normally ok with and expect it to be "used" looking. However I expect to be able to control my water temperature! I had 2 choices freezing or "just" warm. I did ask to be moved however apparently there were no rooms, which is good for them- not good for me. I could not cancel the room either as I would lose the price of it.

The single room was clean with fridge, tv and coffee making facilities. There was a desk like fixed structure and shared shower was just next to my room. Also had storage facilities. Although in a busy area it was quiet overnight.
