Nice clean room and bathroom although the bathroom was so small I had to contort myself to get into the shower. Breakfast at a nearby cafe was excellent. Overall very happy and would stay there again.

The property is well maintained. The room had great amenities and access to more if needed. The little kitchenette had everything we needed. The room (standard double) is small, but we only needed to sleep and shower mostly. If you're looking for a large room, make sure you review options available. Location was close to underground, restaurants and groceries. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Speedy communication when questions arises. Amenities like more towels, cotton pads, and toilet paper can be easily accessed on the ground floor. Lockers are available for suitcases if you need more room due to rooms being small and floor needs to be clear for cleaning.

Had a lovely stay at Bob W Holland Park. Great location - quiet overall and right in front of a bus stop so it’s easy to get around the city. The room & amenities were quite nice. The only thing I didn’t love is that the walls seem pretty thin - I could hear the tv next door/whenever anyone was on the phone or moving luggage around. If you’re a light sleeper/sensitive to noise, consider this before booking but I would stay here again.

Nice rooms and good facilities especially the lounge with access to the garden. The free luggage lockers are a great idea and work really well. The only negative is the amount of doors and fire doors so it can be difficult to get around the building with your luggage

Perfectly situated in the heart of Holland Park. The room is comfortable. It’s set up perfectly. The bed is comfortable. The bathroom is wonderful with accessories like shampoo and beautiful, smelling soap. They also have a tea set and dishes for a microwave and a tea kettle, which makes it super affordable when traveling. They were very helpful when I needed help. And I really enjoyed my stay. It made my job in London, super easy and totally manageable..

Room windows can only open the size of a finger. There is no window whatsoever in the rest of the building. Heat just stays constantly and the fan is not enough. Very bad choice for hot days. Slight smell of cigarette on top.

It's a bit of a shame that they put so much effort to add those little touches to feel like the place has everything you need but fir that toilet in the corner that is not suitable for most normal sizes people, what were you guys thinking? Also it's unfortunate that I ended up in one of the hottest days of the year because that room was boiling. Everything else was fine but those two are major red flags.
