The fully equipped kitchen includes a sink, electric kettle, toaster, refrigerator, stove, microwave, Delonghi coffee machine, and more. A full set of dishes, cutlery, pots, pans, and kitchen utensils is provided. The apartment has a combination washer/dryer. An iron, ironing board, vacuum, mop, and broom are also available.

Both bedrooms are street-facing and furnished with queen-size beds and high-quality mattresses. Professionally laundered sheets, comforters, pillows, and bath towels are provided for each guest. The apartment features two full bathrooms with a shower, toilet, and sink. The first bathroom is en-suite to the first bedroom, while the second is accessible from the hallway.
