What I didn't like was the lack of response to requests.

From the decor to the central location, everything was great. Reception was courteous, and the hotel had every amenity you would need. The executive level room came with breakfast in a lovely private dining area as well. I definitely would stay there again!

The property’s remodel (thus far )was beautiful. The flowers as you enter were lovely

Staff is friendly and very helpful. Pub food (including breakfast buffet). Very good and staff very helpful with good service. Excellent location with bus, taxi, rail and underground all within short walk. Theater and food options within a block. Only issue was upon arrival did not have hot water for 1 1/2 days. Management was very appologetic and offered free breakfast buffet for our 5 day stay. 😊 I would highly recommend the Grosvenor!

Great location for walking to explore the city and major tourist sights as well as access to the tube. Loved the new updates to the hotel to make it clean and stylish. Rooms allowed us to relax with quality bedding and good wifi.

Great place to stay when visiting London. Conveniently located to the Victoria station and central London. Hotel was in great shape and was very helpful. Will stay there again on my next trip.

This hotel is directly connected to the Victoria Train Station. It is easily accessible and in a good neighborhood. The AC worked, which was wonderful!!! The food was good. They are doing renovations on the hotel currently. The new carpet is very nice!

The location is excellent for easy foot traffic to many attractions. Adjacent to Victoria Station and two theaters. Classic Architecture.

Location is spectacular! It's just a few blocks away from Buckingham palace but the best part is the hotel itself is above the main train terminal stop of Victoria. There's even an entrance to the hotel from the Victoria terminal so you don't even need to walk outside to get to the hotel. So convenient! It's a 30 min train ride from Gatwick using the Gatwick express. The only negative I have to say about this hotel is that the sofa bed is very uncomfortable....the worst of any hotel sofabed I've ever stayed at and at $300 a night, I expected better. While we were there in august 2019, parts of the hotel was being renovated which is a good thing....just a bit inconvenient when it came to lugging our luggages up 2 flights of stairs since we were on the top floor but elevator only went to 4th floor. It'll probably be really nice once renovations are done. I would definitely stay there again on my next visit to London but if we needed more than one bed, I'd rent two separate rooms instead of relying on the uncomfortable sofabed.

Clean, brand new and nice quality architecture and space usage. Some out gassing from new rugs and upholstery, and some sounds of distant construction in the building during the day. Otherwise it has been excellent! And will stay again.

The hotel itself was nice, but several things didn't function properly in the room. The TV reception & sound was terrible. The furniture & carpet in the room was noticeably worn & needed to be improved. Their attempts to correct some of the non-functioning items failed. The location was great, but for the money i paid, i wouldn't stay there again.

Descent location and very nice lobby that it is it the rooms are very poorly renovated, service was disappointing it is the same level as a cheap motel

Authentic historical hotel but well maintained. The executive lounge is the perfect place to relax. Staff excellent.

Close to transportation and across from Buckingham Palace. Central to shops and restaurants. Rooms are average. There’s only 6 floors so don’t expect great views. I did have my room changed without issue. I was initially placed on the 1st fl facing inner building pipes. And the room was so small. They then put me on the 5th facing the street but I could barely see over the building awning. There is a restaurant in lobby, limited food menu but open late. And a breakfast buffet restaurant but I declined so I can’t say more abt that. Nothing more to the hotel. If you’re goin to use Uber have them pick u up directly across the street near the pub or u will be walking all over looking for your ride bcus they can’t stop in front due to the bus stop.

The grand entry way was spectacular and the architecture of the building itself nestled between Victoria Station and the Westminster section of London were things that we liked. However, the smallness of the room we were given, dirty carpet, Housekeeping failed to restock bath towels, the impracticality of the bathroom (stepping out of the tub/shower is too high. May be dangerous for the elderly). Great people and great service but the facilities were lacking. Paid big bucks for disappointing return

The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. They made our stay relaxing and enjoyable. The location was great and was close to tour buses, bus stops, and the train. A great choice.

Excellent centralized location with very accessible and respectful staff. Clean, and comfortable.really love the lobby area, with beautiful floral designs and a warm environment. My room had electrical issues, which caused some problems with my technology. I was told they were working on it.
