My friend and I have just returned from a night at this hotel. We booked the hotel via a Groupon deal which was excellent value for money. The hotel was perfectly positioned for our stay being just a 5 minute walk from Paddington Station. Our room was on the very top floor and with no lift it proved to be a good workout! However, it was a lovely, cosy room that was very clean. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was lovely and spacious. Breakfast was more than adequate and the staff accommodating. We definitely wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

The location is great, close to pubs & restaurants, 5 min. to Paddington station. The hotel itself I would rate as a 2 star. Badly stained carpets everywhere, even in the breakfast room. The chairs are upholstered and are stained as much as the carpeting, very off-putting! The room was tiny, it should have been set up as a single not a double. The bathroom was so tiny you couldn't even open the bathroom door completely because the wardrobe blocked the way. Very difficult carrying luggage up the stairs, so you had better be fit. In all this location is in BAD need of a renovation. Not a great start to our 3 week stay in the UK. had it listed as 3 1/2 but believe me it was only a 2 and we do not even consider looking at a 2 star. As seasoned travelers we felt misled!

Room had no hot water Room had no hangers in wardrobe Tv did not work Heating not on I was freezing. Would not go back to this hotel. I think they were taking people for granted. Was only there 1 night.

Nice hotel in a good location. Stayed here for 4 nights in February had three double rooms as we are a family of 6 and the only annoying thing was the rooms were split over the two buildings we were able to have breakfast together so it wasn't too bad. The hotel itself was nice and clean. We didn't spend that much time in the hotel it was just a base for us and somewhere to sleep. The breakfast was okay and the staff were really nice.

We had the pleasure of staying here for 2 nights. The location couldn't be better, whatever means of transfer you need is right there and a good selection of restaurants a stones throw away! The room was big enough, the bed fabulously comfortable after a long day exploring London. Also, everything was squeaky clean and kept that way during our stay. My only complaint is that we couldn't extend our stay. This hotel is well worth it, I think we got far more than we paid for.

If you require the Ritz then stay their for the price you are paying you get a clean room in a great location 5-10 to Paddington station with lots of pubs/ restaurants around. Their is two buildings with the reception located in one. Staff were suburb and friendly throughout their is very limited ( 2-3 spaces ) in front of the hotel allocated on first come first serve for £20 for 24 hours which in London is a steal . I stayed in the 2nd building in room 16 which was on the 3rd floor as with all of london space is a premium so if you have large luggage good luck ! The stair felt like they would never end tbh I defiantly earned that cocktail from walking them . Only reason o didn't rate 5 as the boiler was broke on 2nd building so having to go down to reception to shower in a other room wasn't great for me. If you are wanting some we're to wash and sleep in a great location you can't go wrong. Room had a kettle /wifi and breakfast also . Can't praise the staff enough all great people .

Like last time, I enjoyed staying there though this time only for a night. Near to Paddington station. Convenient to walk to Kensington palace, Malaysian Hall Canteen or other Malay restaurants. My room is small and nice though the window view was better last time. The breakfast was nice, varieties. Until next time.

Stayed a night on work, paid £116 which was higher tha what I had paid a month ago for a better equipped hotel on the other side of the street. Was most disappointed by the odour from the toilet seemed like there was gases constantly present. Narrow stairs not suitable if you have to lug your luggage to the third floor. Breakfast... ? .??

3 night stay hotel near to station room clean location quite breakfast very nice and lovely staff the only thing the stairs going down to the breakfast room the first two steps down just watch ur step but hotel is great

Just spent the weekend at this hotel, and was very impressed. Location is spot on, only 5 mins from Paddington station. Rooms although basic were clean and cleaned everyday, breakfast was ok but no bacon or sausage. Staff approachable and friendly and will stay there again without doubt.
