If you require the Ritz then stay their for the price you are paying you get a clean room in a great location 5-10 to Paddington station with lots of pubs/ restaurants around. Their is two buildings with the reception located in one. Staff were suburb and friendly throughout their is very limited ( 2-3 spaces ) in front of the hotel allocated on first come first serve for £20 for 24 hours which in London is a steal . I stayed in the 2nd building in room 16 which was on the 3rd floor as with all of london space is a premium so if you have large luggage good luck ! The stair felt like they would never end tbh I defiantly earned that cocktail from walking them . Only reason o didn't rate 5 as the boiler was broke on 2nd building so having to go down to reception to shower in a other room wasn't great for me. If you are wanting some we're to wash and sleep in a great location you can't go wrong. Room had a kettle /wifi and breakfast also . Can't praise the staff enough all great people .
Like last time, I enjoyed staying there though this time only for a night. Near to Paddington station. Convenient to walk to Kensington palace, Malaysian Hall Canteen or other Malay restaurants. My room is small and nice though the window view was better last time. The breakfast was nice, varieties. Until next time.
Stayed a night on work, paid £116 which was higher tha what I had paid a month ago for a better equipped hotel on the other side of the street. Was most disappointed by the odour from the toilet seemed like there was gases constantly present. Narrow stairs not suitable if you have to lug your luggage to the third floor. Breakfast... ? .??
3 night stay hotel near to station room clean location quite breakfast very nice and lovely staff the only thing the stairs going down to the breakfast room the first two steps down just watch ur step but hotel is great
Just spent the weekend at this hotel, and was very impressed. Location is spot on, only 5 mins from Paddington station. Rooms although basic were clean and cleaned everyday, breakfast was ok but no bacon or sausage. Staff approachable and friendly and will stay there again without doubt.
1.We got the deal of 168£ for 2 nights including breakfast which was decent. The location is very good (paddington tube station is at walkable distance, lot of places to eat) and staff service is good as well. 2. Didn't expect room to be that small, however it was ok to get a good sleep 3. Didn't felt breakfast was freshly prep. Most of the items were cold. 4. Could also hear some tube noise. It didn't bother us much as we were tired and slept quickly
This was a double room with ensuite very close to Hyde park. It was £104 including breakfast from booking.com. Obviously in London the prices are high and this would be classed as a low cost room - The room was up 7 flights of stairs. The room was very basic Very hot room and found the heating was on !! Breakfast was awful! A random mix of very cheap food , not continental not full English - just a mix of pre cooked foods left on a hot plate to go hard and cold - I feel that although this was budget you could get better else where.
Stayed here when attending a Hyde park concert. It was the perfect location for this as we were able to walk across the park to the concert. Lots of bars and restaurants in the area and we felt quite safe walking around the area. Also not far from Paddington and Edgeware Road stations. Also great bus services from Euston station and Kensington palace not far on the bus either. Accommodation was basic but rooms were clean and staff very helpful.
Excellent location, helpful staff. Breakfast very basic but edible, room is tiny but clean and well refurbished. A very nice and spacious shower room. There is no AC but during our stay it was not needed.
The hotel is clean and warm. Went there in March 2017. Rooms are very small, but I think this is usual in London. Anyway we stayed only for sleeping inside. Breakfast was excelent with many choices. English breakfast with beans was extraordinary. A little bit expensive, but again we speak about London. Hotel is 5 min walk to Peddington station, which has Metro station and bus station. From there you can easily go where you want.
