Reservamos esta propiedad en Londres por 8 noches, pero lamentablemente solo pudimos utilizarla una noche debido al estado inaceptable en que se encontraba. Desde el momento en que ingresamos, nos dimos cuenta de la gran cantidad de humedad en el apartamento, con filtraciones visibles en las paredes y un ambiente general que no solo era incómodo sino también potencialmente perjudicial para la salud, especialmente considerando que viajábamos con niños.A pesar de contactar tanto al anfitrión como a Vrbo desde el primer día, no obtuvimos ninguna respuesta o solución oportuna. Tuvimos que abandonar la propiedad por nuestra seguridad al segundo día y asumir el costo adicional de encontrar alojamiento alternativo en plena temporada alta.Lo más decepcionante ha sido la falta de seriedad y compromiso tanto por parte del anfitrión como de Vrbo para resolver esta situación.
