Disliked: Cleanliness
The apartment photos must be old because this place is not very nice. The listing previously showed 2 bathrooms but I believe it was changed during my stay (when I asked about it). We saw a mouse in the kitchen and the shower gets water everywhere. Great location but not great for family looking for a nicer place. Good for big party. Tons of beds. Only bathroom though… and there is junk on all the building landings you have to walk around. I won’t stay here again and wouldn’t recommend. No toilet tissue when we arrived, we had to go out and buy our own. Host took 24 hours to respond and blamed me for a late check in.

The apartment was as listed. Clean and very convenient. From the outside, I was taken aback, but the inside is quite spacious and was perfect for our family of 6. The noise level at night was nonexistent even though it’s in the heart of the Piccadilly area. We had a bit of communication difficulty when checking in but all was resolved and the hosts were very kind. I highly recommend this apartment, especially for larger groups.
