Fully equipped eat in kitchen with washer/dryer, dishwasher, toaster, kettle etc plus separate living room where you can enjoy the nights with your family/friends during your holiday.My 2 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms spread on the 2/3 floor (no elevator) is located on a very quiet street just 3 minutes walk from Waterloo Station and London Eye just around the corner. Great dining pub just around the corner, loads of cafes, shops and so much more. The fully equipped kitchen, comfy beds and lovely living room you will feel like at home.The guests can use the whole apartment including the private terrace.My apartment is located on the 2/3 floor in a small apartment building with 4 apartments only and there is no elevator. It's very secure and homie place.

The apartment is in great condition and is located in a good location, close to Waterloo Station and a short walk to the Southbank of the Thames. There are many choices for local pubs and other places to eat. There's no traffic noise. Be aware there are several flights of stairs to climb. As long as you are okay with that, the place is a great choice for a stay for two couples.

PROsHost was readily responsive.Lovely apartment. Terrace a bonus!Good location for our needs.Quiet despite nearness of Waterloo Station and a pub on the corner.WiFi connection was good and internet speed was good.CONsGenerally, the apartment was clean, but the upstairs carpet had not been vacuumed or not vacuumed well enough. During my floor exercises, I saw strands of long dark hair (certainly not either of ours) and other stuff. And, there were 3 - 4 unused diapers on the floor (against the wall) under the chest of drawers. I put them in a drawer.For those unfamiliar with the provided type of stovetop, it would be helpful to have easy-to-use instructions for it.Need 2 - 4 more dish / hand towels in the kitchen.TV downstairs not working well - seemed that the internet connection for it was spotty.The listing includes a clothes dryer with a dryer icon in the list of amenities. There was no dryer; host said we can use the bars (heated when heat is on) in the bathrooms to dry clothes. As it turned out, washed clothes dried overnight without using the bars.

Shasa was a great host, he met us outside the building and helped us bring our luggage up to the apartment. He went over everything we needed to know and answered any questions we had, his communication was Excellent throughout our stay.The Penthouse was clean, well equipped and comfortable. The outside balcony was spacious and a just a great place to relax on a beautiful day. Waterloo station and supermarkets are just a few min. walk and there's a nice pub and bakery on the corner where you can grab a meal, beer or a nice piece of cake. Also within steps there was a church with a beautiful courtyard of flowers where they host a garden club with plenty of benches to relax and enjoy a little green space. The London eye is about a 10 min. walk and has many restaurants along the Thames. We had a very nice stay, Thank you Sasha for you kind hospitality.
