Excellent communications, easy access and fantastic location with easy access to Central London Tube network. Highly recommended.

Elevator broke the day before my check out so I had to carry all my bags down. YV only got “streamed “ videos. Not regular channels. Lots of lights out. Quike verbal responses to complaints but slow to get maintenance onsite.

Too noisy

Temperature of shower water goes up and down. There is Drainage problem for in bath sink. Tried to contact Dre times no one answered. Our flat is facing street very noisy can’t sleep well. Apart from that everything else was ok.

最低な宿

今まで数多くの旅行をしてきましたが、その中で最も最低な宿でした。ホテルの部屋内の電気は壊れてつかない、有料のベビーチェアは壊れている、ゴミは落ちている、洗濯機も壊れて使えない、食洗機は錆びついて汚い。洗面所に先客の使用済み汚れたタオルが放置されている。また、部屋代とは別に、施設使用料を4万円以上請求されますが、施設そのものにジムも食堂も駐車場もありませんので、何にそんな高額な料金を請求しているのか不明。且つ、当方滞在時はエレベーターも故障しており、何度も連絡したが、修理されたのは最終日になってからてました。

Hébergement spacieux mais espace très mal optimisé, salle de bain petite sans étagère pour les affaires de toilette, pas de dérouleur de papier toilette, ni de papier toilette fourni, pas de porte-serviette. Appartement très sale avec des bourres de poussière, des cheveux sur le sol, des tapis tachés... Nous avons dû contacter le responsable qui a envoyé une employée qui a constaté la saleté. Le ménage a été refait mais guère mieux après. Quartier et voisinage bruyants.

El apartamento está bien pero la temperatura muy frío, la cama es una nevera, las ventanas no son muy buenas, dejan pasar el frío y el ruido. Si haces cuatro tostadas en el tostador del apartamento salta la alarma de fuego que es insoportable. La ubicación es muy buena.
