On the ground floor with terrace directly at the kitchen. Ideal for two people.



The building is a historical monument. It has not been a school for 90 years.
During the renovation special emphasis was placed on authenticity. So much was worked with old brick, clay and wood. Many old components were used again. The apartments have unique clay stoves installed, but there is also a gas heater available. On the ground floor underfloor heating under large terracotta plates.
The kitchens are equipped with the latest technology 'shabby-look' apartments all have separate entrances.
The apartment 3 is in the annex. There is also the sauna, which can be used by all (10, - per use for electricity and cleaning)
The apartment is heated and features a kitchen and space to spread out with a separate bedroom and a dining area. Other standard amenities include a fireplace, a sofa bed, and a coffee maker. Limited housekeeping is available.

.... und wir kommen wieder !!!!

Schon bei unserer Abreise flossen wieder die Tränen. Ist man erstmal hier gewesen, fühlt es sich an wie "Heimat" und man ist infiziert. Ich habe in meinem Leben noch nie Drogen genommen - aber so stelle ich mir eine Sucht vor. Der Vermieter "unbeschreiblich" - man will ihn einfach wiedersehen. Die Gegend - der Bodden - das Haus - die Menschen -- alles wie für uns gemacht. Wir waren zum zweiten Mal hier und der dritte Urlaub ist bereits verabredet. ..... und was man nicht unterschätzen sollte - hier sind Hunde wirklich willkommen und das ist nicht nur ein leeres Wort. Wir Grüßen EUCH alle und danken EUCH von Herzen. Bis bald Anke und Willi mit Sori, Baker und Danny.

Eine Wohnung zum Entschleunigen

Wir haben uns in der Wohnung wohlgefüht. Die Renovierung des alten Hauses und die Ausstattung sind stilvoll gelungen. Das Gelände hinter dem Haus mit Schafen, Wiese und Obstbäumen ist geräumig und lässt einen weiten Blick zu bis zur Dänischen Wiek. Wer es in den Ferien ruhig und urig mag, wäre von dieser Wohnung jedenfalls nicht enttäuscht, zumal Herr Alster ein zurückhaltender, freundlicher und bemühter Vermieter ist.

Ruhe pur

Wunderschön renoviertes Objekt, mit Liebe zum Detail. Ein sehr kleiner Ort ohne Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Im 2 km entfernten Loissin gibt es einen Mini Markt, der auch frische Brötchen anbietet. Wir haben genau die Erholung gefunden, die wir gesucht haben. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen.

Schöner ruhiger Urlaub

Abseits des Tourismus und endlich Ruhe! Das Meer ist gleich in der Nähe und fussläufig zu erreichen. Die Wohnung war schön und fast alles da, was man braucht. Leider roch das Zimmer sehr nach Rauch aber der Ofen musste auch immer beim Betreiben geöffnet bleiben. Ansonsten haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt und der Inhaber war auch sehr nett und unkompliziert.

Absolut traumhafte Location mit super hilfsbereiten Gastgebern!

Meine Verlobte und ich haben seit einiger Zeit nach einer Möglichkeit gesucht dem Alltag zu entfliehen. Dabei sind wir auf dieses wunderbare Objekt gestoßen. Der Check-In war herrlich unkompliziert und schnell erledigt. Die grüne und ruhige Lage hat uns von Anfang an begeistert. Kostenfreie Nutzung der Räder, Grills und Feuerholz, liebevoll handgefertigte Einrichtung, die direkte Nähe zum Wasser, angenehme Nachbarn - wir kamen aus dem staunen gar nicht mehr raus. Wer etwas mehr Trubel sucht kann in Lubmin oder Greifswald innerhalb von 10-15 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichen. Am Tag der Abreise wurden wir vom Sohn des Inhabers sogar noch zur zu Fuß ca. 1h entfernten Bushaltestelle gefahren. Uns hat einfach alles an dieser Location gefallen, weshalb wir sicher nochmal wiederkommen möchten und vielleicht sogar ein paar Freunde mitbringen. Ganz große Empfehlung! Liebe Grüße aus Leipzig

Diese Ferienwohnung ist mit so viel Liebe und handwerklichem Geschick eingerichtet worden. Ein sehr besonderer Kaminofen, selbstgebaute Schränke und der Blick in die Natur - alles Gründe zum Wohlfühlen.

Es ist eine wunderschöne Wohnung, mit viel Liebe ausgebaut.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, was in der Wohnung Nr. 1 auch sehr leicht ist. Schöne Atmosphäre und ein Kamin haben uns einen gemütlichen Aufenthalt ermöglicht.

Wohnen im Landhaustil

Alles was zum Urlaub dazu gehört ist hier zur finden. Die Wohnungen sind alle sehr individuell zugeschnitten. Mit Kamin ausgestattet, lässt es so manchen Abend noch gemütlicher werden. Sehr ruhig gelegen und nicht weit zum Strand. Auch Greifswald liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe und nach Usedom fährt man circa 45min. mit dem Auto.

Urige Ferienwohnung mit Flair

Die liebevoll und besonders urig restaurierte Ferienwohnung gefiel uns gut. Der großzügige Wohn-Essbereich mit der Küchenzeile und Ausgang zum Garten hat auch unserem Hund gut gefallen. Es ist alles da ,was man braucht. Spülmaschine, WLAN und großer Fernseher und ein netter Sitzplatz im Garten. Wenn man nach 6h in der Früh mit dem Hund raus muß kann man sogar das Bäckerauto an der Straße treffen und hat dann frische Brötchen zum Frühstück. Besonderes Highlight ist das bewohnte Storchennest auf der Friedhofskapelle. Hier ist die Welt noch in Ordnung. Danke auch an die nette Gastgeberin Frau B. Sie kümmert sich rührend wenn mal was fehlt!

Hat uns sehr gut gefallen,bis auf das Bett (zu eng ,zu weich ,Rückenschmerzen).Ansonsten alles super,gern wieder(evtl. im anderen Bett😉)
